The professional identity of preschool teachers refers to the overall idea that teachers have their own value and significance as preschool teachers.It lays emphasis on the teacher's internal needs.Instead of simply superposing the professional knowledge,it takes teacher as the main growth target.With the people's ever-growing needs for a better life,preschool education is an important part of national education.Preschool teachers bear the responsibility of teaching and educating people.More attention from the state and researchers also turn to improving the professional identity of preschool teachers.By using narrate research method and taking myself as example,this thesis focus on the development path of preschool teacher's professional identity.This thesis also explores factors that influence the development of preschool teachers' professional identity,and provides suggestions for improving preschool teachers' professional identity.By using narrative research method and case study method,this thesis selects teacher Z as a case study.The teacher shows her growth story from five stages: the inspirational academic career,the confused novice teachers' job,the better growth process,the role transformation from self-reflection and the self positioning of her career.The five processes show the development path of teacher Z's professional identity,and exemplify that the preschool teacher's professional identity will developed with the evolution of its life course.According to analyzing the development path of Z's professional identity,this thesis summarizes three influence factors of teacher Z's professional identification level from low to high: the one is the identification of preschool teacher;the two is such human relations as the support from management of the kindergarten,the cooperation between teachers and the teacher-child interaction;and the three is the professional learning,experience accumulation and the transformation idea of preschool teachers.Be based on the basic situation of preschool teachers' professional identity and the conclusions of this thesis,this paper puts forward three suggestions: one is providing policy support to improve preschool teachers' professional pride;the two is supporting the management of the kindergarten to create a professional and harmonious cultural environment;the three is providing learning platform for preschool teachers to implement the concept of lifelong learning.
