How do pre-service preschool teachers think of their major? What do they think of their future career? How to understand the teaching practice of kindergarten education? This series of problems are related to the construction of preschool teachers' professional identity.Pre-service preschool teachers are an important reserve of teachers in the preschool education industry.As the cradle of preschool teachers' training,it is important for teachers' education institutions to help pre-service preschool teachers understand their future work,correctly view their position in society and take appropriate actions.From the literature review,the related topics of teachers' professional identity have attracted extensive attention,but the research object is not comprehensive enough,and the research of preschool teachers' professional identity is even more few.The pre-service stage is the only way to become a teacher,is an important period of faith and attitude development.Facing the reality of the low quality of preschool teachers' resources and the large loss rate,the study of pre-service preschool teachers' professional identity is particularly important.Based on the principle of convenient sampling and snowball sampling,this study chooses 20 normal college students majoring in pre-school education as the research objects,collects data by means of in-depth interview,focus group interview,observation and physical analysis,and sorts out and analyzes data in combination with relevant literature and theories.This paper describes and discusses the process and influencing factors of preschool teachers' professional identity construction,so as to put forward appropriate optimization strategies.The research shows that there are three stages in the construction of preschool teachers' Professional Identity: the first stage is the stage of professional choice,which focuses on choice motivation,professional cognition and future imagination;the second stage is the stage of professional learning,which focuses on professional knowledge,professional sentiment and professional effectiveness;the third stage is the stage of professional practice,which focuses on Identity transformation,experience accumulation,interpersonal interaction,self-efficacy,professional reflection and initial commitment.Although these three stages are generated under the space-time separation,they are not a linear one-way development process.The focus of the professional learning stage and the professional practice stage is interactive generation.It is also found that social and cultural factors,college training factors,practice garden factors and individual factors all affect the construction of preschool teachers' professional identity.Based on the research results,the following optimization strategies are put forward: from the macro environment,it is necessary to improve the professional attraction of preschool teachers and createa good atmosphere for the construction of preschool teachers' professional identity;from the meso environment,it is necessary to enhance the educational role of colleges and kindergartens,and strengthen the support fortress for the construction of preschool teachers' professional identity;from the micro environment,it is necessary to give full play to individual capabilities Dynamic role,to build a solid wall of preschool teachers' professional identity construction.
