A Study On The Competition Pattern Of Women's Gymnastics Since Twenty-first Century

Women's gymnastics has appeared in the Olympic Games since 1928,and it has been popularized in the long historical development process.Since twenty-first Century,women's gymnastics has entered the stage of prosperity and development.In 2012,it has been identified as the A group for the Olympic Games,which means that the competition in the Olympic gymnastics competition will be more intense.Therefore,this paper studies the competition pattern of women's competitive gymnastics that has been held in the 4Olympic Games since twenty-first Century,and hopes to deeply analyze the development trend of women's Competitive Gymnastics in the Olympic Games for more than 10 years and analyze the advantages of the strong team,so as to make a full preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games in Japan.Through literature research,comparative study,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the geographical distribution of the 4Olympic Games and award-winning countries since twenty-first Century,the number of participating countries and winners,the age of the competition and the award-winning athletes,the performance of the competitions and the distribution of medals.The paper studies the changes in the pattern of women's athletic gymnastics since twenty-first Century,grasps the development trend of the women's competitive gymnastics since twenty-first Century,and puts forward the future direction of the women's Gymnastics in China.The conclusions are as follows:1 Since 21 st Century,the Olympic women's competitive gymnastics participating countries are distributed in 5 continents,and the number distribution of participating countries in each continent is extremely uneven;from the number of participating countries,Europe is dominated by 44%,Africa and Oceania are very few,and the number of countries in each continent has increased;from the geographical distribution of medals,Europe Zhou led the first place in 44%,followed by Asia by 39% in North America,and the competition in Europe was parallel to Eastern Europe and southern Europe.2 Since 21 st Century,women's competitive gymnasts in the Olympic Games are between the age of 16-41 and the peak age range of 16-20 years.The age span of the athletes in each competition shows a more obvious "increase" trend,and there is a slight decline in the number of athletes from the women's competitive gymnastics.In the age of the award-winning athletes,the age of the uneven bars is the most stable between the age of 16-22,the vaulting of the vaulting horse is larger,and the other is between the age of16-25 and the age of 17-33.3 The number of countries that entered the Olympic women's gymnastics single finals since 21 st Century has been increasing year by year;the United States is in the unshaken position on the gold medal list and the medal list;the Russian team's gold medal strength is relatively weak;the Romania team is slowly declining from the 28 Olympic Games;the Chinese women's gymnastics team has achieved the results since twenty-first Century.Extremely unstable.4 Since 21 st Century,the competition of women's gymnastics gold medals in the balance wood,the group,the vault and the uneven bars is relatively scattered.The free gymnastics events are partly monopolized by Romania and the United States,and the individual all-around project is formed by the United States.5 Since 21 st Century,the gymnastic gymnastics and vault projects in the women's gymnastic events of the Olympic Games are still the weak items in our country.On these two projects,our country should carry out scientific training according to the characteristics of the athletes,strengthen the strength of our country on these two items,and keep the original competitive level on the balance wood and uneven bars project.In practice,we need to constantly strengthen,fully tap the athletes' potential and characteristics,strengthen the two gold medal strength,and fully prepare for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
