In recent years,volleyball has been developing continuously.More and more people know about volleyball,and the degree of participation is becoming higher and higher.The importance of volleyball is constantly developing in all universities,and the establishment of volleyball school teams is also increasing.High level volleyball players are also increasing.As people's enthusiasm for volleyball continues to grow,relevant units have also introduced new rules for volleyball,making this sport require more skills and physical fitness for athletes.So,how to better make the volleyball athletes get better development,improve the volleyball technical and tactical level,has become a major problem facing the sport workers,especially the more prominent the need for explosive strength and jumping ability,good core strength is the basis and premise of strength athletes explosive and explosive power of the.Volleyball athletes in competition and training,whether or jump spike rush it,before the jump or flutter,the first force is the core area of the muscle,the most important is the core muscles in the transverse abdominis.Therefore,only by ensuring the normal contraction ability of muscles in the core area,other tissues,such as vertebrae,can not bear other loads.This action can achieve better results.At the same time,it can also reduce unnecessary damage to the movement.According to the relevant information,most of the players lacking core strength have different degrees of back pain.The practice of sports medicine shows that volleyball players generally have a history of low back pain,or light or heavy.However,if the training content of the core force is added to the regular training of the competitors,the pain of the competitors is greatly reduced.So the importance of core strength to this project can be imagined.It is imperative to strengthen core strength training for this project.In this thesis,the real situation of Kunming University of Science and Technology and the Yunnan Normal University Varsity as a starting point,with special core strength according to the method and means of the practice of volleyball athletes use,to achieve better results of training,improve the athlete's special physical fitness.This article mainly uses the literature method,the mathematical statistics method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,and the experiment method.The subjects were 12 Kunming University of Science and Technology volleyball players and 12 Yunnan Normal University volleyball players.For 24 athletes,12 weeks' core strength intervention training was made.After that,SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the data of two groups of team members' physical fitness indicators before and after intervention.1.women's volleyball teams in two colleges and universities after 12 weeks of core strength intervention training,the special physical quality has been significantly improved.The core strength training can develop volleyball athletes of the hip and thigh muscles before the muscle,by virtue of the Swiss ball trajectory to determine muscle force in the direction of control,to help athletes improve the size and direction of muscle force,which for the volleyball players to say,helps to control the wear and dig the spiking skill.Is conducive to better play tactics,effectively reduce errors.2.of the women's volleyball team in two colleges and universities to carry out 12 week for the core strength of intervention training,the experimental results clearly showed in the traditional training with proper physical training methods of core strength training,team competition tactics and improving the quality of the project body has obvious effect.Through the core strength training,the core stability of the athletes can be improved and the sports injury can be prevented.And the increase of core strength can help volleyball players' bouncing ability and balance ability,especially in the mobile body's balance control ability,which is extremely important for the technical and tactical play of this project.
