| China’s current entrepreneurial activity more active than ever,but because of economic,social and environmental factors had brought a variety of pressures and problems on the development of new ventures,the entrepreneur must face the difficulties,and only one,whereas often cannot solve the problems very well.Therefore,the entrepreneurial activities of current new ventures are often not carried out by the independent entrepreneur,but more and more by the formation of entrepreneurial teams to carry out.Followed,various studies on the entrepreneurial team getting more and more attention.The reasons affecting the development of new ventures include the factors of team itself,of external environmental or of market.The focus of this study lies in the entrepreneurial team itself.Taking the theme of team building startups around the definition and entrepreneurial team formation,team power structure,role and structure skills,team leadership style and effectiveness,team leader personal traits and other aspects related to carding summary of theoretical research,combined with this article examples of HT venture company team building and development experience,analysis of the problems of the company HT core entrepreneurial process entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams and their impact on the development of the company,the enterprise made a comprehensive analysis of existing problems;Issues advice and solutions to improve the problems of HT team according to relevant research theory.Using case study analysis to deep analysis corporate entrepreneurship process of HT company,take the empirical approach of "ask questions – analysis of the problem-solve the problem" to research.The main focus of this article are the various problems of HT company in the development process,and analyze the root causes of the problem in accordance with relevant theory,HT company entrepreneurial team problems and failures as negative examples to prove the correctness of the theory related to the entrepreneurial team,It has demonstrated the reverse effect.Finally,the article pointed out that to be a successful team,in addition to the structure of the team,leader behavior patterns and other objective factors optimization,the most fundamental thing is the team leader must make fundamental changes in their own,can hope to lead the team to success.HT Venture company team four years of twists and turns of entrepreneurial development path,but has not bottomed out.The article hopes to help HT entrepreneurial team make improve,and learn to play the role in the development of other similar new ventures team. |
