Research On The Governance Of Rural Ecological Environment From The Perspective Of Marx's Ecological Outlook

After the reform and opening up and the rapid development of rural economy and societymany ecological and environmental problems arose.As an major agricultural country,rural ecological environment problem plays asignificant role in the socialism new rural reconstruction and the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China,the relationship to the work of the party and the state of global fundamental problems.Since the 18th,the construction of "ecological civilization"is puton the prominent position in their overall layout,"five one" all this,is enough to prove the importance of strengthening the rural ecological environment governance.As is known to all,Marx believes that there is a close contact between man and natureand human beings cannot survive without nature.As one member of the nature,human beings should respect nature and should harmoniously coexist with nature.This article,from the perspective of marx’s ecological view,makesacorresponding study on the governance of the rural ecological environment:the first chapter is introduction,mainly discussing the research background,research purpose,research significance,the status quo of research at home and abroad and the innovation of this article.The second chapter shares the Marx’s ecological view and an overview of the rural ecological environment governance,the main content of Marx’s ecological view is the dialectical relationship between man and nature,the idea of circular economy,the scientific and technological solution to environmental problems.The third chapte explicates the present situation of the rural ecological environment governance in our country,the study finds that the reasons behind is that it is not be analyzed from the height of the human and the nature harmonious recognize the importance of the rural ecological environment governance,lacingof circular economy in the governance of the rural ecological environment consciousness,not giving full play to the role of science and technology,and many other aspects.The fifth chapter is the marx’s ecological view to solve the rural ecological environment governance,ranging from the height of the human and the nature harmonious planning of rural ecological environment governance,developing circular economy,rely on scientific and technological progress management of rural ecological environment and other aspects.This paper aims to in-depth study of ecological view of marxism,the problems in the rural ecological environment governance in China at present,the corresponding analysis and interpretation,in the meantime,the methods of literature study,empirical analysis,trying to find out the corresponding ideas and countermeasures,and create conditions for the sinicization of marxist ecological view further.
