Molten aluminum furnace is one of the most important equipment in processing and manufacturing,the smelting process is also one of the biggest energy consumption process.Under the national advocacy of energy conservation and emissions reduction policy,reduce the energy consumption of melting aluminium furnace is an important task of aluminum processing industry.Recycling of molten aluminum grate the flue gas energy saving heat is the most direct method,so how to make use of the melting aluminium furnace flue gas heat energy development is of great significance in the future.Based on the existing melting aluminium furnace recovery technology and device of flue gas heat summary and the field of investigation,molten aluminum grating is put forward to after the flue gas is mixed with oxygen as gas into the furnace and the fuel combustion method,and design the structure of the corresponding device and control system.In this paper,the use of FLUENT software,numerical simulation of circulation after the flue gas is mixed with oxygen into the combustion chamber of a stove or furnace steady-state field,through the analysis of the results of numerical simulation of the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The design under the condition of flue gas circulation combustion numerical simulation results.Compared with normal temperature air combustion,preheated air combustion,flue gas circulation combustion furnace can be reduced with local high temperature,improve the average temperature of furnace?furnace temperature distribution more uniform.(2)With the decrease of the mixture in the oxygen mass fraction,the mixing of oxygen pipeline section are the mass fraction of maximum and minimum value difference,the greater the temperature is,the greater the difference between the maximum and minimum values shows that the uniformity of flue gas is mixed with oxygen in a worse gradually.With the decrease of the oxygen mass fraction within the mixture at the same time,the four cross section in the hearth of the maximum temperature,average temperature,temperature difference are also decreases,and tend to be more uniform temperature distribution.(3)When the mixture in the oxygen mass fraction is 16%and 8%(oxygen distribution uniform approximation),compared with oxygen completely uniform distribution,distribution of temperature in the furnace were small;When the mixture in the oxygen mass fraction is 5%(uneven distribution of oxygen),compared with the oxygen distribution completely uniform,uneven distribution of furnace temperature,average temperature is reduced.(4)For fuel and gas nozzle and concentration of two separate types of air inlet,the mixture speed,speed and fuel mixture ratio,gas preheating temperature,gas and fuel double preheating temperature is simulated and analysis;Nozzle of concentrated air inlet more vortex formation,promote the in furnace gas heat,temperature can reach 1397 ?,in the bottom of the furnace temperature distribution more uniform;The speed of the mixture of 24 m/s,reflux violently in the hearth,furnace temperature is higher;Speed and fuel mixture ratio 0.3,highest temperature;The higher the gas preheating temperature,the higher the temperature;In circulation under...
