With the development of the ring spinning frame in a high-speed,automation and intelligent direction,new request is put forward for the designing of the spinning frame.The main functions of the spinning frame are drafting,twisting and winding forming.At present,the drafting technology of domestic spinning frame is close to that of foreign countries,but the technological level of winding forming system is still far from abroad,which restricts the high-speed,high-efficiency and intelligent development of spinning frame.Therefore,it is essential to study the winding forming mechanism of the spinning frame.Firstly,the winding forming process of the spinning frame is studied.The mathematic model of the tube forming process of the spinning frame is optimized and the new model of "electronic cam" + "electronic projection nail" is put forward by studying the process parameters of the winding forming of spinning frame.This provides a reference for the designing of new intelligent ring spinning frame.Secondly,the method of "constant tension" spinning is put forward.By analyzing the theory of spinning balloon and spinning tension,the mathematical expression of spinning tension is obtained.The influence factors of spinning tension are analyzed.and the spinning method based on "constant tension" is put forward.The "constant tension" we refered to does not mean that the yarn tension is constant,but yarn tension is provided a range without affecting the quality of yarn which will lay a theoretical foundation for the realization of constant tension control system.Thirdly,the designing of the spinning frame positive(screw)forming mechanism is complete.On the basis of the previous theoretical research,the displacement curve of the lifting and lowering of the steel collar is optimized.In order to reduce the impact of mechanical mechanism on the yarn tension,the winding machine of the spinning frame is designed.The three-dimensional model of forming mechanism is established,and virtual prototype simulation and statics analysis of forming mechanism are carried out to verify the rationality of the structure.Finally,the experimental results of previous theoretical research are validated.On the basis of the spindle roller synchronization control system of the SXF1599A spinning frame designed by the project team,the yarn tension closed-loop control system is incorporated.The tension of the yarn is adjusted by collecting the yarn tension signal by the self-made yarn tension real-time measuring device.The effect of the positive(screw)forming mechanism on the stability of the yarn tension is verified and the usability of the "constant tension" spinning control system is also examined.This paper can lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the winding forming mechanism of the ring spinning frame,and provide reference for the realization of"constant tension" spinning and the development of the new generation of intelligent spinning frame.
