At present,with the sharp rise in global energy consumption,environmental pollution and energy shortages are increasingly severe.China is the world's second largest energy consumer.China's energy-saving emission reduction has become a hot topic.Research on China's energy conservation and emission reduction is of great significance,and is essential for achieving sustainable development.High energy consumption industry as China's basic industry,in the industrial and national economy is in a dominant position,its rapid development led to rapid growth of industrial economy,but at the same time,there is a high energy consumption,high emissions.This paper establishes an evaluation system for the coordinated development of energy saving and emission reduction between high energy consumption industries.In this system,the gray relational analysis,order analysis and collaborative evaluation model are organically combined.Using the system to conduct a comprehensive and scientific analysis of energy conservation and emission reduction.The results of the study show that:(1)high energy consumption industry from 2002 to 2014,energy consumption is growing,the energy structure is dominated by coal,the average proportion of coal up to 76.96%.From the perspective of pollution emissions analysis,the majority of industrial waste water discharge,less polluting gases,solid waste at least.(2)According to the gray relational analysis results show that the four typical high energy-consuming industries gross value of industrial output,the energy consumption and pollution emissions between the gray correlation degree is significant,and the average correlation degree is 0.8286.Among them,coal,oil,a higher degree of degree of correlation,electricity,gross value of industrial output second;the least impact of natural gas.Compared with the industry,the thermal power industry has the highest correlation degree,followed by the building materials industry and the chemical industry,and the metallurgical industry has the lowest correlation degree.(3)According to the collaborative evaluation model,the collaborative degree of the chemical and building materials industry is the highest.followed by metallurgy and chemical industry,metallurgy and building materials,metallurgy and thermal power,building materials and thermal power,the collaborative degree of chemical and thermal power is the lowest.The collaborative degree of thermal power industry-related are relatively backward.Thermal power industry should proceed from both economic development and environmental improvement to enhance its collaborative degree with the high energy consumption industry.
