| Three-dimensional spacer fabric composite is a novel textile structure composite material,which has the characteristics of high strength,heat insulation,impact resistance,strong designability and,excellent overall performance.In this paper,we choose polyester warp knitted spacer fabric as reinforcement and surface coating was conducted on the warp knitted spacer fabric surface using the coating process,making the fabric with diverse softness.Moreover,performance of warp knitted spacer fabric was analyzed through the resilience test,ong-term fatigue performance test and pressure distribution test.The permeability of polyester warp knitted spacer fabrics with different structural parameters was tested and compared with that of normal diversion net.Meanwhile,warp knitted spacer fabric reinforced epoxy resin composites were prepared,and different types and contents of fillers were added into composite to investigate their influence on the performance of composites.The research results are displayed as following:Water-borne polyurethane coating makes warp-knitted spacer fabric certain hardness and load-bearing capacity greatly improved,resulting in the increase of the resilience of fabrics and long-term fatigue performance.Under the same circumstances,plain weave warp knitted spacer fabric has a greater load-bearing capacity than the mesh ones.When warp knitted spacer fabrics were subjected to a great load pressure,the uncoated warp knitted spacer fabric would be crushed,deformed and consolidated to make decompression effect losing.Warp knitted spacer fabric surface coated with water-based polyurethane fabric will enhance the hardness.enhancing the supporting ability of the fabric,appropriately shrinking the pressure dispersion area,prolonging its service life and improving comfort level.As warp knitted spacer fabric has high permeability,the filling time of six warp knitted spacer fabric with different structures was shorter than that of ordinary diversion net,indicating faster filling speed of warp knitting spacer fabric so that it’s not only utilized as reinforcement,but also can act as a diversion net.The permeability of the warp knitted spacer fabric is related to the density of the spacer yarn and the size of the mesh of the fabric.Generally speaking,the greater the thickness and porosity of the spacer fabric is,the more the permeability will increase.When adding different fillers into composites with the same mass fraction,the spherical structure of the hollow glass beads is more easily dispersed in the resin than the sheet structure of talcum powders,which is more conducive to improve the mechanical properties of the composite.When the talc added to the warp knit spacer fabric reinforced composites,the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites showed a decline,while the impact strength did not have a significant decrease.But when hollow glass beads were added into the warp knit spacer fabric reinforced composites,the tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength increased at first and then decreased,compared with the unfilled composites.When hollow glass beads reached lOwt%,although the tensile strength decreased by 22.55%,while the bending strength increased by 6.15%and the impact strength increased by 14.36%.The tensile modulus and flexural modulus of composites increase with the additive amount of hollow glass beads. |
