Design Geometry Study Of Textile Machinery Modeling

This article focuses on the theoretical connection of the appearance design of textile machinery and design geometry.The article shows that the design geometry is applied to the modified design of the appearance design of textile machinery by elaborating the theory and application of design geometry and explaining the application of design geometry in appearance design of textile machinery products.And it can be used as a systematic theory to guide the appearance design of textile machinery products.The first chapter of the dissertation mainly analyzes the current situation of the development of textile machinery products at home and abroad.And it also summarizes the research content and significance of the topics and introduces the concept of design geometry.The second chapter summarizes the development of design geometry and lists the past design examples to illustrate the application of design geometry in product design.Conduct a preliminary discussion by using appearance design geometry in its design practice and combining with the improved design of the JWF-1213 carding machine.The third chapter narrates the project research,pre-analysis,mid-term actual modeling and rendering by introducing the project example of JWF-1418 automatic doffing roving machine of Tianjin Hongda.And then it uses design geometry to analyze and redesign the appearance design of the existing textile machinery products.The whole process of improving the actual appearance of textile machinery and the concrete using method of design geometry principle in the overall design of textile machinery appearance are expounded.The fourth chapter mainly explores how the principle of design geometry can be applied to the appearance design of textile machinery.By analyzing the close connection between the aesthetic essence embodied in design geometry and the improving appearance project of textile machinery,the article summarized the specific using method of the principle of design geometry and confirmed that the use of principles of design geometry was helpful to enhance the level of design of the appearance of textile machinery products in China.
