Liver cirrhosis is a common disease caused by different causes of chronic liver, progressive, diffuse lesions, with a high prevalence rate, prolonged course, more complications, treatment is difficult, characteristic aggravation, high fatality rate. Clinical on the damage of liver function and portal hypertension as the main performance, divided into compensatory and decompensated period. Decompensation often appears ascites, upper digestive tract bleeding complications, hepatic encephalopathy, secondary infection, the cause of death is one of the common diseases in China and the main.Liver disease will affect the characteristics of pulse, pulse performance can also reflect the type, severity and prognosis etc.The pulse is an important diagnostic information, traditional pulse main doctor with experience and subjective feeling, strong subjectivity. In view of the subjectivity of pulse acquisition, and reflect the complexity and variety of information, this study in order to play advantage and improve the objectivity of the pulse for the purpose, with the help of Electropulsograph collected 144 cases of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis patients in the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine before treatment, TCM Intervention after three months of treatment, the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for six months,then collected their pluse graphical, to explore the pulse parameters and significance of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis changes in Chinese medicine intervention treatment. Objective:Through clinical epidemiological survey, collecting 144 cases of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis intervention before Chinese medicine treatment, three months,six months with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and then Collect every point of the pulse parameters.and syndrome integral with Chinese medicine treatment there months,six month,and before Chinese medicine treatment,with the qi deficiency syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, blood stasis.To explore the pulse parameters characteristics of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis, and analyze the changes before and after the intervention of pulse parameters, different syndromes of the change of pulse parameters characteristics, evaluation for clinical diagnosis and treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis to provide certain reference.Method:1 Collecting casesAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, collected in accord with the diagnosis standard of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.2 Chinese medicine intervention treatmenThe included patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group of 48 cases. May be the difference between the high age and gender, left ventricular systolic function in female patients than in male patients with weak, left ventricular ejection rate in female patients than male patients decreased.With the increase of age, left ventricular in patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis of the relaxation time change, vascular compliance, peripheral resistance, arterial compliance relatively poor. 2 Changes in pulse parameters before and after the compensation period of Chinese medicine treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients with different gender(1)Three at the age of 77 male patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with difference of pulse parameters between no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)In 77 cases of male patients in "tonifying and regulating Qi, promoting blood circulation group"," tonifying and regulating Qi, promoting blood circulation, nourishing yin and blood group", "placebo" treatment effect, In before treatment, treatment of the third month, treatment of the sixth month of pulse graph parameters multibody repeated design data variance analysis, time, drugs, and drug interaction results. Of qi deficiency syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, blood stasis syndrome of the three groups of patients with gender, age of the chi square test for non parametric test, The differences of the pulse parameters between the three groups were not statistically significant, and the differences were not statistically significant between different ages.(2) With the deficiency of qi deficiency syndrome, the improvement of the syndrome score, the pulse parameters h3, h4 and t are decreased.(3) With the stagnation of qi stagnation syndrome, the improvement of the syndrome score, the pulse parameters t, the t5 values, and the tl/t values are decreased.(4) With the improvement of blood stasis syndrome integral, pulse graph parameters T5 produced from baseline has significant difference to no statistically significant changes in three months intervention; pulse graph parameters ad produced from the baseline and three months have significant difference to intervene in six months without significant difference.Conclusion:1 Have a certain effect of pulse parameters of age and gender on decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis. In decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis patients with different gender, attention to the effect of age and gender on pulse parameters, we should pay more attention to the high age of female patients with left ventricular ejection function of vascular wall and older patient compliance and peripheral resistance.2 The effect of different time, the intervention, the time and the interaction of drugs on the pulse parameters of the patients are different.3 The intervention effect of different drug groups may have different effects on t, t5/t4 pulsation in women, different intervention time has a certain effect on female patients with pulse parameters t5 value.That for patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis women, can detect the pulse parameters t, t5, t5/t4 value in response to changes in patients with left ventricular diastolic and pulse period, heart rate.4 Pulse parameters in the syndrome integral change under different situations, can reflect the blood running situation of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis, especially some pulse parameters such as Qi deficiency syndrome in patients with h3, h4, t decreased, Qi stagnation syndrome in patients with t5, t increased, tl/t decreased, changes of blood stasis in patients with t5, ad, can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation.
