Clinical Study Of Wuzi Cream In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation

Objective:Observation and evaluation of "wuzi"ointment in the treatment of slow transit constipation curative effect and security.The purpose is to provide patients with a new and safe and effective drugs, for research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine open up a new path, and then improve the ability of erythematosa disease diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:We will conform to the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with slow both transmissive constipation were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group,30 cases were given "wuzi" ointment and "maren"capsule 4 weeks treatment, observation before and after treatment in patients with constipation symptom integral and the change of the colon transmission test, and carries on the statistical analysis, curative effect evaluation.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, treatment group (group abital paste) the total effective rate was 90.00%, the control group (maren soft capsule group), the total effective rate was 76.67%,with significant difference between the 2 groups (P< 0.05); After 4 weeks after treatment of 2 groups of patients in the main symptoms and secondary symptoms and colon transmission test were obviously improved, and the experimental group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05); Two groups were not significant in the process of treatment of adverse events, is safe and effectiveConclusion:"wuzi" ointment in the treatment of slow transit constipation in clinical curative effect, safe and reliable, shows the features and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
