Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of zengye decoction on slow transit constipation(deficiency of qi and Yin).Material and method: A total of 80 patients with slow transit constipation(qi-yin deficiency)diagnosed in the outpatient department of the third affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to November 2018 were randomly assigned to the treatment group(zengyi decoction plus or minus)and the control group(maren soft capsule)with 40 cases each.The treatment group was given zengye decoction plus or minus one dose per day,and 100 ml decoction was taken three times a day.The control group was given soft capsules of hemp kernel orally,2 times a day,15 minutes before breakfast,15 minutes before dinner,1.2g warm water to take.Patients in both groups received 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment at 2 weeks.Data related to constipation symptoms,qi and Yin deficiency symptoms and effective rate of the two groups were collected and sorted out before and 4 weeks after treatment.At the same time of treatment,the safety of the test was always paid attention to,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed with SPSS19.0 statistical software,and the analysis results were evaluated and discussed.Results:1.There was no shedding in this test.All the tests were completed,and the statistics of the data were completed.2.In terms of the total score of constipation symptoms,compared with the score before treatment,there was a certain degree of improvement(P < 0.05).However,after treatment,the score improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.In terms of effective rate,the effective rate of the treatment group was 77.5%,and that of the control group was 70%.After statistical comparison,P < 0.05 showed a certain difference.4.In terms of safety,no obvious abnormalities occurred in the two groups,and no adverse events such as allergy,adverse reactions and death occurred.Conclusion:1.The treatment of slow transit constipation with zengye decoction(qi-yin deficiency)can effectively reduce the constipation symptom score,and the improvement of symptoms has obvious advantages.2.In the treatment of slow transit constipation(qi-yin deficiency)at the same time,it can effectively improve the symptoms of qi-yin deficiency,but also improve the quality of life of patients,showing the advantages of TCM treatment of constipation syndrome differentiation.
