cytokines in rats with blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi syndromeResults:Compared with the model group,the amount of WBC and index of thymus gland in the group of 30mg·kg-1 Paeoniflorin and 30mg·kg-1 Albiflorin were increased obviously(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of IL-3 in serum in groups of 30mg·kg-1 Paeoniflorin,30mg·kg-1 Albiflorin were increased(P<0.05,P<0.05),but the levels of TNF-a were reduced(P<0.05,P<0.05).2.2 Effects of paeoniflorin and albiflorin on behaviral test,HPA aixs and Monoamine neurotransmitters in rats with blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi syndromeResults:Compared with model group,30mg·kg-1 Paeoniflorin and30mg·kg-1 Albiflorin of the sugar consumption,weight,cross times increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),but stay period decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)and the time and stay period in the central zone,times and stay period of entering open arm increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.05),but the stay period in close arm decreased(P<0.05).The results of RIA showed that CRH,ACTH and CORT of the 30mg·kg-1 Paeoniflorin and30mg·kg-1 Albiflorin decreased compared with that of model group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and HPLC-ECD showed the levels of NA,DA,5-HA have a different degree of increase(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.3 Effects of paeoniflorin and albiflorin on cerebral cortex and hippocampus the contents of cAMP,PKA and PKA,p-CREB,BDNF protein levels in rats with blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi syndromeResults:Compared with model group,the results of RIA showed that the contents of PKA in the 30mg·kg-1 paeoniflorin and 30mg·kg-1 albiflorin were increased(P<0.05,P<0.05)and 30mg·kg-1 Albiflorin contents of cAMP also increased(P<0.05).The results of Western Blot showed the levels of PKA protein in 30mg·kg-1 paeoniflorin and 30mg·kg-1 albiflorin were increase(P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionConclusion one:Paeoniflorin and albiflorin as the characteristic compound of white penoy root,through the regulation of hematopoietic cytokines,regulate the endocrine-immune system disorders,to maintain the bone marrow hematopoietic environment of the steady state.Conclusions two:AF and PF can improve,to some extent,the behaviors of blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi syndrome rats.The mechanism might associate with to regulate the function of the nervous system by regulating monoamine neurotransmitters in hippocampus and inhibition of activation of HPA axis.Conclusions three:AF and PF as the characteristic compound of white penoy root,and their neuroprotective mechanisms may be related to the regulation of cAMP/PKA signaling pathway.In summary,this study revealed that PF and AF as the characteristic compound of white penoy root,can play a role in nourishing blood and smoothing the liver by regulating the NEI network in syndromes of blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi resulting by chronic restraint stress combined with radiation.And suggesting that the correlation between"syndrome-efficacy" and the essence of blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi of syndromes can be used as a breakthrough in NEI network.At the same time,the effect of PF and AF on the intracellular cAMP/PKA signaling pathway in the model syndromes of blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi was studied.The mechanism of the effect of PF and AF on the hepatic arterial
