| Purpose:To observe the shenshuai prescription for the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)3~4 spleen and kidney deficiency and damp turbidity and blood stasis of the patients’ clinical efficacy,which were caused by different primary diseases(hypertension,diabetes,chronic nephritis),to explore the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of chronic kidney disease caused by different primary disease,and further guide the clinical practice of TCM.Material and method: Collected in March 2015 to September 2016 period,the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nephrology ward,were admitted for treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)3~4 patients,according to the experimental study of the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 115 patients were selected.On the basis of the primary disease were divided into three groups,and the basic medical treatment and the shenshuai prescription of oral Chinese herbal medicine,treatment for 2 weeks.Observation of the clinical symptoms,renal function indexes of patients before and after treatment in each group after the end of treatment,including serum creatinine(Scr),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)changes,calculate the total efficiency,compare the difference between the three groups of the clinical efficacy,and compare with the shenshuai prescription on curative efficacy and influence of the different primary disease.Results: 1.Compared three groups of patients with clinical efficacy Comparison of the disease curative efficacy,the clinical symptoms and signs of the three groups were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of chronic nephritis group was 81.82%,the hypertension group total effective rate was 56.76%,the diabetic group total effective rate was 55.88%,the improvement was more obvious in the group of chronic nephritis(P < 0.0167).Comparison of TCM syndromes curative effect,the clinical symptoms of the three groups were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of chronic nephritis group was 79.55%,the hypertension group total effective rate was 54.05%,the diabetic group total effective rate was 50.00%,the chronic nephritis group improved more obviously(P < 0.0167).2.Comparison of TCM symptom score in three groups of patients Comparison of TCM symptom scores,the three groups compared with before treatment were decreased,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment of the three groups were effective.Comparing the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,the comparison between hypertension group and diabetes group,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,there was no statistically significant difference.the comparison between the two groups of chronic nephritis group P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of renal function related indexes in three groups of patients After treatment,the three groups can reduce Scr,BUN,and increase Ccr,P < 0.05,indicating the differences were statistically significant;Scr,BUN reducing amplitude,Ccr rising amplitude,the chronic nephritis group was significantly higher than that in hypertension group and diabetes group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shenshuai prescription for chronic kidney disease(CKD)3~4 spleen and kidney deficiency and damp turbidity and blood stasis patients,which were caused by different primary diseases(hypertension,diabetes,chronic nephritis),can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs,improve renal function,reduce serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,increase the endogenous creatinine clearance,especially chronic kidney disease caused by chronic nephritis has more significance.This prescription has guiding significance for clinical practice,and further expand its scope of clinical application. |
