Experimental Study On The Effect Of Electroacupuncture On Serum CD40 And CD40L In Rabbits With Atherosclerosis Model

Purpose:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture at Neiguan,Guanyuan and Zusanli on the expression of CD40 and CD40 L in the serum of rabbits with atherosclerosis model.To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Guanuan,Guan Yuan and Zusanli Mechanism of Inflammatory Reaction in Rabbits with Atherosclerosis.Material and method:A total of 26 healthy male New Zealand male rabbits(each 2-2.5 kg,2-3 months)are randomly divided into normal group and model group after one week of feeding.Seven of them are normal group,19 rabbits in the model group.The rabbits in the normal group are fed with normal diet,and the model group is fed with high fat diet and fed diet.After 4 weeks of high fat feeding,the carotid artery balloon injury is performed on the model group.After 8 weeks of high fat feeding,the rabbits are randomly selected from the normal group and the model group.The pathological changes of carotid atherosclerotic plaque are observed by HE staining.The model group(18 rabbits)are randomly divided into three groups(n = 6 in each group): model group,acupuncture group and western medicine group.Acupuncture group selected bilateral Neiguan,Zusanli,Guan Yuan for treatment,rest between every treatment;Western medicine group given atorvastatin calcium tablets suspension 1mg / kg / day.6 days for a course of treatment,rest between treatment 1 day,a total of 4 courses.At the end of the fourth course of treatment,all the rabbits are sacrificed,the blood is collected from the limb,the serum is separated,and the carotid artery is fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 48 hours.HE staining is used to analyze the pathological changes of the carotid artery.Immunosorbent assay is used to detect CD40 and CD40 L in serum.Results:1.The effect of electro-acupuncture at Neiguan,Guanyuan and Zusanli points on serum CD40: Compared with the normal control group,the expression of CD40 in the serum of model group,electro-acupuncture group and western medicine group is significantly higher than that of normal control group(P <0.05).Compared with the model group,there is no significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the western medicine group(P <0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,there is no significant difference in the level of CD40 between the electro-acupuncture group and the western medicine group No statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The effect of electro-acupuncture at Neiguan,Guanyuan and Zusanli points on serum CD40L: Compared with normal control group,the expression of CD40 L in serum of model group,electro-acupuncture group and western medicine group is significantly higher than that of normal control group(P <0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of CD40 L in the serum of EA group and western medicine group are significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,there is no significant difference Statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture at the off,Neiguan,Guan Yuan,Zusanli can reduce the concentration of serum CD40.2.Electro-acupuncture at the off,Neiguan,Guan Yuan,Zusanli can reduce the concentration of serum CD40L.
