Potassium is one of the most important elements and indispensable part in the earth's crust and the human body.Nearly 90%of potassium exists in the form of ions in the body's cells.The main function of potassium ion is to keep the heart beating regularly.It is a very important relationship between the concentration of potassium and the health of the human body.Too low or too high of serum potassium will cause immeasurable impact on the human body.Up to now,the scientific research related to serum potassium is mainly about the relationship between concentration of serum potassium and some chronic diseases or injured people.But there is little influence on concentration of serum potassium from the geographical environment and diet.It is to enhance the health of our population,if we can take into account the impact of the serum potassium concentration from the geographical environment and diet in real life.By the search function of the literature platform,data collection,integration and classification is carried out according to the relevant data of the health serum potassium concentration in china.According to unique geographical and climatic distribution characteristics in China,the related environmental factors are divided into four categories:food intake,topography factors,climate factors and soil conditions.The terrain factors include latitude,longitude and altitude.Food intake includes in dark vegetables,pickled vegetables and potatoes.Climatic factors include annual sunshine duration(X4,H),the average annual temperature(X5,DEG),annual average relative humidity(X6,%)and precipitation(X7,mm)and temperature(X8,DEG),the annual average wind speed(X9,m/s).Soil conditions include topsoil organic content(X10,%),PH(X11,-),soil base saturation(X12,%),soil total exchangeable amount,soil alkalinity and topsoil salinity in total 19 study factors as the research direction.Based on the SPSS 19,SAS 8.5 and ArcGIS software as the research platform,the paper studies on the relationship between the serum potassium concentration and 19 factors using the correlation analysis,and selects the best model to simulate and forecast the serum potassium of healthy people in China,through the study of linear model and nonlinear model.Finally it is to choose the optimal value of simulation the normal distribution test and fitting effect analysis,and to draw spatial distribution statistical by the Kriging difference statistics.According to the statistical results of correlation analysis show that serum potassium concentration is significantly affected by longitude,annual sunshine hours,annual average temperature,annual average relative humidity,annual precipitation,annual temperature,dark and light vegetable and potatoes.After the comprehensive analysis,they are the important indicators for future study including longitude,annual sunshine hours,annual mean temperature,annual temperature range,dark and light vegetables,pickled vegetables and potato.Through the comparison and selection of the data model,the BP neural network has more advantages than other models in the simulation of the data and the actual value.After the simulation of BP neural network,the simulation value is obtained,the serum potassium concentration of healthy people show that it is the low in northwest and high in southeast,high in northeast and low in the southwest in China through the spatial difference analysis.Combined with the spatial distribution pattern,the serum potassium concentration is analyzed comprehensively in China.The results showed that it is closely related to serum potassium concentration with the parameters of geographical environment and food intake.Though the linear regression model and nonlinear regression analysis,it solves to the problem of the co-linearity of affecting serum potassium concentration.Because of the over fitting or low prediction accuracy,the BP neural network model is chosen as the final model,and provides reliable support for the following studies.The final study shows that serum potassium concentration has obvious regularity with the high-low level of value distribution in the east-west direction,which is the high consistency with related factors.
