criterion and sufficient experimental research.Therefore,it is necessary for us to explore and expand Xuezao syndrome of psoriasis treated with TCM advantages from different levels.TCM can better serve clinical practice.Clinical researchObjective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of regulating liver,nourishing blood and detoxifying decoction in treating psoriasis with Xuezao syndrome,we explore the effect of"regulating liver and nourishing blood and detoxification" on psoriasis in two aspects of nourishing liver blood and regulating function.a better treatment plan was provided for improving clinical curative effect.Methods:A prospective,randomized,controlled study was designed to verify the efficacy of the standardized clinical treatment of psoriasis in patients with Xuezao syndrome of psoriasis(bai bi),60 patients with Xuezao syndrome of psoriasis were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to 2:1 proportion by random grouping method,the treatment group was 40 cases and control group 20 cases,because some of the patients fell off,the actual clinical group of 35 cases,the control group of 18 cases.The treatment group was given liver nourishing blood detoxification decoction treatment,the control group was treated with nourishing blood and detoxification decoction,and the control group and the treatment group were unified into the Chinese herbal medicine decoction of 200ml/bottle.After dinner half an hour oral,morning and evening each time,100ml.Topical medicine:Control group,treatment group are topical white Vaseline ointment.Both groups were 8 weeks.After treatment at 0,2,4,6 and 8 weeks,the area and severity index of psoriasis(PASI)score,target skin lesion and major clinical symptom score,general efficacy of PASI score in two groups:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 74.29%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the efficacy of PASI score in the two groups was not statistically significant(p=0.824>0.05),neither group had clinical cure.To compare the efficacy of TCM syndrome scoring in two groups:the total effective rate of treatment group is 65.71%,the total effective rate of control group is 61.11%,the efficacy of TCM syndrome scoring in two groups is not statistically significant(p==0.269>0.05),and the efficacy of TCM syndrome scoring in treatment group is always efficient,obvious efficiency,and cure rate was higher than control group.To compare the results of the two groups of comprehensive emotion measurement score:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 20%,the total effective rate of the control group is 5.56%,the results of the two groups of comprehensive emotion measurement are not statistically significant(p=0.346>0.05),the two groups have no clinical cure,The total effectiveness,efficiency and effectiveness of the comprehensive emotion measurement in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group.3、Compared with the two groups of patients before and after treatment of target skin loss score:The treatment group and control group had significant statistical difference before treatment(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after the target lesion score(p=0.829>0.05).The individual scores of target groups(p=0.047<0.05).To compare the number of positive patients before and after the treatment of two groups:In the treatment group and the control group,the number of patients with positive e11motion scale scores was not statistically significant before treatment(p=0.588>0.05).To compare the effects of the two groups of emotion-positive patients before and after treatment:The efficiency of the treatment group was 22.22%,the control group had an efficiency of 14.29%,two groups of emotion-positive patients had no statistical difference in the effect of the comprehensive emotion Measurement(p=0.657>0.05),neither group had clinical cure.The total efficiency and effective rate of comprehensive emotion measurement score in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group.To compare two groups of emotional positive patients with TCM symptom score:There was a statistically significant difference in the treatment of emotional positive patients with TCM symptom score before treatment(p=0.05),in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom score after treatment(p=0.173>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference bet-ween the treatment group and the control group in the traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom score(p=0.412>0.05).To compare the efficacy score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in two groups:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy score of TCM symptom in two groups of emotional positive patients(p=0.052>0.05),and the total effective rate of control group was higher than that of treatment group.The PASI score of two groups of emotion positive patients were compared:The two groups of emotional positive patients with PASI score after treatment than before the treatment of statistical differences(p<0.05),There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of emotional positive patients after treatment(p=0.559>0.05).To compare the effects of PASI in two groups before and after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.78%,the total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%,there was no statistically significant difference in PASI efficacy score between the two groups of emotional positive patients(p=0.866>0.05),the total effective rate of the control group was higher than that in the treatment group.Conclusions:1、Regulating liver and nourishing blood and detoxification decoction can obviously reduce target skin loss score,single symptom(scale,infiltration)score and itch degree score of psoriasis patients with Xuezao syndrome,and the score of individual symptom(ara)of target skin loss was not improved obviously.2.Regulating liver and nourishing blood and detoxification decoction can significantly reduce the score of TCM syndromes of patients with Psoriasis syndrome,especially to the parched mouth,two tlhreatening swelling or pain,stool or dry,insomnia or dream of the symptoms of positive patients with traditional Chinese medicine score better than the simple oral nourishing blood poison soup.3、Regulating liver and nourishing blood and detoxification decoction can obviously reduce the scores of comprehensive emotion scale,the symptom score and PASI score of the patients with Psoriasis syndrome,and it has some advantages in regulating emotion compared with nourishing blood and detoxifying decoction.4、The effect of regulating liver and nourishing blood and jiedu decoction onXuezao syndrome of psoriasis is positive,and it is worthy of further study. |
