combination,drug relevance,and summarization of core drug combinations and new party analysis based on data results;Part II:Collection of data and prescriptions for patients with luteal incompetence infertility that meets the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinics,and input into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,statistical analysis of patient basic information,frequency of medication,four gas five flavors,drug narcosis,common drug combinations,core combinations,and new mining.Research results:(1)Literature research:The 104 prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria in the literature were entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System for statistical analysis.A total of 18 herbal medicines with a frequency of more than 20%were used,followed by Dodder,Angelica,and Rehmannia in order of frequency of occurrence.Yellow,white peony,wolfberry fruit,Epimedium,Cyperus rotundus,yam,hawthorn,Dipsacus,Ligustrum lucidum,Bupleurum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix paeoniae Rubra,Cistanche deserticola,Poria cocos,and licorice.The statistical results of four gas and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine suggest that warm and peaceful Chinese medicines have a high proportion,and the proportion of Chinese medicines with sweet and spicy tastes is high.Analyze the prescription of the group,set the support to traditional Chinese medicine in the four gas statistics,the most common application of warm medicine,followed by a flat drug,cold drugs less applied,cool and hot Chinese medicine is the least.The statistics of five flavors and the application of sweet Chinese herbs are the most,followed by the pungent,bitter,and sour tastes,and the application of astringent and salty Chinese herbs is the least.According to statistics,the traditional Chinese medicine belonging to the liver has been used most frequently,followed by the kidney and spleen,followed by the lung,heart,and stomach meridians.Research conclusions:1 In the literature research part,through the statistical analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of LPD infertility in the literature for the past 20 years,it has been concluded that the menstruation medication is mainly used to promote blood circulation and qi;and the follicular phase is mainly used to supplement liver and kidney medicines.Ovulation medication to relieve liver qi,nourishing and activating blood circulation drugs;luteus phase of medication to warm kidney yang,nourish Yin blood.As a whole,the use of drugs to benefit liver and kidney,nourishing the liver to promote blood circulation.2 In the clinical research part,through the statistical analysis of the prescriptions of Chinese herbalists for the treatment of LPD infertility,Dr.Zhao Hong used to treat the disease to nourish the liver and kidney,warm the kidney and spleen,supplement Qi and nourish blood,supplement with diverting liver qi and promoting blood circulation.
