| Objective:To summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese herbal fumigation after perianal abscess surgery, with a view to providing evidence-based medical evidence and guiding clinical medication.Method:Design scientific information retrieval strategy. We searched CNKI,CBM,WF,VIP,Pubmed,CCTR,EMBASE and SCI.And all the electronic databases were searched for studies published up to December 2017.Literatures were selected and checked according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The risk of bias was evaluated by the Cochrane Collaboration’s tool.RevMan 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Result:29 randomized controlled trials were included(2956 patients undergoing surgery),but high quality studies were rare. The result of Meta analysis suggested that traditional Chinese medicine fumigation could reduce the incidence of wound infection, which was compared with potassium permanganate solution after perianal abscess surgery.Other indicators were analyzed qualitatively, and the results showed that Chinese herbal fumigation had certain curative effect on the clinical efficacy, wound healing, pain relief and urination difficulty, edema and exudation after perianal abscess surgery. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has certain advantages in promoting wound healing and alleviating complications after the operation of perianal abscess compared with potassium permanganate solution, but the quality of the literature is poor, the evidence of curative effect is limited, and more high-quality research is needed to improve the strength of the evidence. |
