With fierce social competition,the physical and mental development pressure of college students are gradually increasing.Various mental problems emerge,mental quality face serious challenge,and interpersonal relationship is one of the more serious problems.Therefore,research on how can college students establish harmonious interpersonnel relationship and improve mental health level has become research emphasis and difficulty for domestic and foreign psychologists and psychologists.However,there are many factors which influence college students' mental health level and interpersonal relationship,among which,through researches,many scholars find self-disclosure and general self-efficacy are important factors,and many relevant literatures are developed on the basis of them.But so far,no research has ever provided systematic exploration of the current conditions of self-disclosure,general self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship as well as their relations.We hope that problems can be found through this empirical research so as to enrich relevant theory and put forward rationalization proposals in terms of improving self-disclosure and general self-efficacy of college students as well as building harmonious interpersonal relationship,thus providing more pinpoint reference basis for building the three-dimensional educational model of mental health for college students.By adopting literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method and investigating the 377 students randomly selected from Shenyang Ligong University,Shenyang Jianzhu University,Shenyang Normal University and Shenyang Urban Construction University,this research provides a preliminary discussion of the current relation among self-disclosure,general self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship of college students of our country as well as the differences exhibited due to differences in sex,major,grade and origin of student,and the research results are as follows:1.Degrees of self-disclosure of college students vary in terms of different targets and dimensions.In terms of targets,self-disclosure to mother is higher than that to father,and self-disclosure to friends of the same sex is higher than that to friends of different sexes.In terms of dimension,self-disclosure of college students is relatively higher when it comes to study or work,hobby and interest and lower when it comes to personality and body.2.Degrees of self-disclosure of college students vary significantly in terms of sex,major and grade: self-disclosure of female college students is significantly higher than that of male college students;self-disclosure of liberal art students is significantly higher than that of science students;self-disclosure of senior grade students(junior,senior)is significantly higher than that of lower grade students(freshman,sophomore);no distinct difference in self-disclosure is discovered when it comes to origin of student,only child or not and ecomoic status.3.General self-efficacy of college students differs greatly in terms of sex,with the general self-efficacy of male students being higher than that of the female student.No distinct difference is discovered when it comes to major,grade,origin of student,only child or not and ecomoic status4.Interpersonal relationship of college students differs greatly in terms of sex and origin of student: the total interpersonal relationship score as well as the scores of communication difficulty,manner of dealing with people and same-opposite sex communication of male college students are higher than those of the female college students;the total interpersonal relationship score of college students from urban areas is higher than that of college students from rural areas;no difference in interpersonal relationship is discovered when it comes to major,grade,only child or not and ecomoic status.5.Self-disclosure,general self-efficacy and interpersonnel relationship of college students are colsely related: self-disclosure and its five dimensions(attitude and view,interest and hobby,study or work,personality and body)are positively correlated to general self-efficacy;self-disclosure and its four dimensions(attitude and view,interest and hobby,study or work,and personality)are negatively correlated to interpersonal relationship;general self-efficacy is negatively correlated to interpersonal relationship.6.Group of college students with high self-disclosure score and group of college students with low self-disclosure score are distinctively different in general self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship.7.Self-disclosure and general self-efficacy of college students have a significant predictive effect on interpersonal relationship.
