Among numerous ethnic minorities in China, the unique Korean music culture is an important part of traditional culture of Chinese ethnic minorities. Living in Songhua River basin, the Korean people thrive on the black land, and this unique region gives birth to Korean folk music culture. Under new circumstances, Korean traditional folk music also undergoes changes and development. Korean folk music can vividly reflect all aspects of the Korean people's production and life, and it is the true reflection of the determined and hardworking Korean people's inner world. Heilongjiang Province's Korean folk music inherits the traditional music form, and absorbs the culture of all ethnic groups in Heilongjiang Province and the world's multiple culture, making it have unique charm in music form and aesthetic research value.“Diezi Dance” is one of the intangible cultural heritage in our province, which originated in1930's, was first introduced by the Korean folk artist Zhao Hefeng. In this paper, throughthe field survey, the props, dance movements and other features of Diezi are introduced in detail. Ms. Li Shunhua, as a forth-generation inheritor of “Diezi Dance”, has innovated it by integrating the Korean traditional dance movement into it. This innovation amply demonstrates the characteristics of traditional Korean folk dance, and the spirit of the Korean people, with new era Korean folk music culture.In this paper, through comparative analysis on the materials obtained from field investigation and data obtained from questionnaire survey in Qiqihar and other places of Korean settlement in the province, a comparative study was made on the forms of Korean folk music between Qiqihar and these places. Thus, the paper presents a further summary on the regional characteristic and characteristics of the times of Korean folk music in Qiqihar. Next, the problems faced by Korean folk music culture in the process of contemporary social development were analyzed and summarized. Thus, strategies for solving these problems were searched, so that the Korean folk music culture can be passed down in a better manner in Qiqihar.
