How to grasp the relationship between music aesthetic education and "double base" teaching method is always in argument.In regard to the "double base" teaching,there are three different point of views: the first views think we should continue to pay attention to the "double base" teaching;the second views think we should pay attention to the art of music itself,and weaken the "double base" teaching,even ignore it;and the rest own comprehensive thinking,who have been aware that the "aesthetic" and "double base" are indispensable.However,in the practice of music teaching in primary school,it has not been solved well.The coming of new curriculum still cannot solve the problem.The Central Conservatory of Music is pushing a new system of school music education(later referred to as the "new system")currently,which is a brand new theory system and a new way of teaching method on the basis of the three international music education system(Dahl Kreutz,Carl Orff,and Kodaly)and combining the actual situation of China education needs.Different from the traditional understanding,the “new system” presents the "double base" a new definition,which also called as "new double base".The author utilizes several researching methods,such as interview method,questionnaire method,documentary method,observation method,practice method,to focus on the solvation of the following problems:(1)How to deal with the relationship between the "double base" teaching and the music aesthetic education;(2)In the current teaching practice,how does the front-line teacher carry out the aesthetic education and the "double base"teaching,and what is the defect;(3)Under the background of "new system",how to carry out the"double base" teaching,and what kind of fusion and conflict when the current requirements of“new curriculum standard” meets with the "double base" teaching;what kind of difficulties encountered in the implementation process,and what the rationality and irrationality is.Depending on the limited knowledge and investigation,the author will re-explore to deal with the"double base" teaching and music aesthetic education in primary school music education under the" new system” background.This article intends to provide some theoretical support and new perspectives and ideas for the music teaching in primary schools in Tai'an.
