By Higher Music Education Curriculum System Reform

As one of the major accesses to aesthetic education in school, music education has been widely emphasized, whose curriculum reform therefore gets included in Chinese education reform as a significant part. As for its objective effect, teachers are expected to play an important role throughout the process. Our normal education so-called "machine tools" for school education, is facing a challenge of adapting ourselves to the elementary education reform, which becomes so practical. Nowadays our music teachers undertaking music course teaching mainly depends on the training in music arts department of normal colleges, accordingly, the higher music education in norm colleges should continue to be reformed and improved. Throughout the whole teaching process in school, curriculum system is regarded as core so that higher normal education ought to start the reformation from its curriculum reform. Based on the above principle, the thesis makes the higher music education and its curriculum system a research subject which aims at approaching the implementation of the curriculum system reform so as to comply with the elementary education reform.
