Based on the "intangible" as the vision,this paper injects local area music(including the "intangible" cultural)into all kinds of school music classroom teaching of Longyan region in the guidance of "protection is the main,rescue first,reasonable use,inheriting the development" the principle.It tries to provide a new theoretical framework for the built of regional music education system.This paper adheres to the basic principles and principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and start from the reality of the administrative region of Longyan government,visits the cultural centers,folk entertainers and some schools in Longyan to collect relevant materials.With the theories of pedagogy,sociology,aesthetics,musicology and history,it reveals the possibility of regional music education in all kinds of schools,the purpose of which is mainly to create both persuasive theory,but also providing an effective,referential regional music education system for other regions "regional music" as a teaching curriculum of all kinds of schools,in constructing the system of regional music education in Longyan government.In this paper,from analysis of the basis of constructing regional music education system,it explore the necessity and feasibility of music education system in the construction area,clarify the significance of music integration in various schools education,to create systematic regional music education.Explain the theoretical basis and practice basis of music education system in the construction area;Finally,the curriculum standard of music education system in the construction area is proposed,as well as the curriculum nature,idea and implementation suggestion of music education system construction.As a phenomenon of school in Longyan area,the construction of regional music education system will form a regional social and cultural phenomenon with the participation of a large number of students.(from kindergarten to University),significant and far-reaching.For the aesthetic significance of regional music education,it can not only make students feel the natural beauty of their hometown,but also appreciate the beauty of regional music art.In different types of regional music folk activities,it also can make the students re-recognize and understand the rich resources of regional music and stimulate the patriotic feelings of students to love their families.The construction of this system can also guarantee the excellent regional music as an important content of all kinds of school music teaching.This paper theoretically how to forge a regional exploration,concise music into the whole process of all kinds of school education,and strive to create regional music education takes root,blossom and bear fruit,thus enhancing regional music education system to construct the theory of value.Another innovative point of this paper is systematizing the regional systematic music teaching activities limited to pieces,scattered,failing to achieve "sui generis".putting forward"constructing regional music education system",and making related theoretical exploration,using" "systematic,practicality and worth" force and way of thinking,to design the framework of the curriculum standard for regional music education system,in order to has the enlightenment and the function of the specification in longyan regional music school education.Of course,the curriculum standards of the regional music education system still need to be further explored in the future,and need the theoretical promotion in the practical exploration,so that can gradually improve the construction of regional music education system in the practical and theoretical level.
