Museum Guide System Research

The topic is based on several famous museums visited by the author when in Spain,France and Italy in the fall of 2015 as the premise and basis.Meanwhile,our study discusses the museum sign system,as well as its relationship with the museum and the circulation design of exhibition.The paper explores how huge a role the museum sign system can play in mastering and controlling the exhibition tempo and logic in the technological development today,as one of the important means to guide circulation,as well as how to have more possibilities in arranging circulation and designing a museum sign system,etc.reasonably.This topic first sets forth and sorts out the concepts,characteristics and basic principle and other theoretical systems of the museum sign system,by sorting out and analyzing literatures.Through summary and classification,it extracts essence from literatures to make the topic have both inheritance and innovation for theoretical studies as far as possible and serve the design.Again through a field survey and case study,such as analyzing the similarities and differences between Gaudi House Museum,Louvre,Pompidou Center and Vatican Museums,etc.,it further puts forward a feasible and rational new trend of the sign system based on circulation.And then,a sign system is designed using actual project cases,to feed back the above methodology and enrich the findings in theory and field visit.Our study is based on the development trend of museum sign system,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the development of the museum sign system in exhibition space.
