Mobile Phone Software Research And Optimization Suggestions For Chinese Vocabulary Learning For International Students

In recent years,more and more foreign students tend to choose mobile vocabulary learning software to learn Chinese vocabulary.By using smartphones learning software to learn Chinese vocabulary can help learners use fragmented time effectively;arouse the enthusiasm of students in independent learning;provide a rich diversity of knowledge and information for learners.But,at present,research on mobile phone Chinese vocabulary learning software is not much and sufficient.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part focusses on sorting and summarizing the existing related research based on reading the literature and data,generalizing the research status and theoretical basis on Chinese vocabulary teaching and mobile learning.The second part aims at the researching on the existing Chinese vocabulary learning software.Based on collating the content and the module of 36 existing Chinese vocabulary learning software,these software are divided into dictionary and vocabulary card two types.The induction finds that there still exist some problems and need to be improved and perfected in contents and methods of both types.The author also conducted a questionnaire survey of the foreign students' using cases of Chinese vocabulary learning software while the author analyzed them at the same time.It has been found from the survey that foreign students use mobile phone vocabulary learning software frequently,but they are not very satisfied with learning effect.Learners expect that they can obtain more useful and effective information in the process of using software,and expect more new functions.The third part focusses on study of domestic outstanding foreign language vocabulary learning software.The research analyzes four high ranking downloaded software,gets some enlightens from the content of the vocabulary cards,test questions,forms and modules,etc.The fourth part aims at putting forward to some reforming proposals on contents,modules,and forms of the vocabulary learning software,according to the deficiency of the existing Chinese vocabulary learning software and the advantages of excellent foreign languages' vocabulary learning software.One is to perfect the content of the vocabulary cards,enhancing the regularity and scientific quality;another one is to increase the software modules,providing more interesting,convenient and effective user learning experience.In the end,the article show the result of the optimization suggestions with the help of a Photo Shop drawing software.
