Chinese characters are one of the biggest difficulties for foreign students to learn Chinese.If foreign students can master the commonly used polysyllabic words,they can improve their Chinese proficiency.In this paper,the Chinese textbooks of the Chinese textbook(3rd edition)first to the third book,"the road to success," "new outline of HSK" polyphony of polysemic character to the end of the statistics and analysis,and Harbin industrial university institute of international education of students as investigation object,done on many sound polysemic character questionnaire of cognitive and master the situation.Data in the above research conclusion,discussed the strategy of how sound polysemic character teaching Chinese as a foreign language,put forward combining with the structure of language and cognitive habits was graded teaching and practice point of view,hoping to provide reference for more sound polysemic character of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
