As we preschool teachers come to the threshhold of the21th Century, we are facing with the educational revolution of the new century. The development of the times required a transition of preschool teachers?This thesis proceeds with the improvenment of the preschool teachers'professional development and finds out the main reasons of the obvious disconnection between the preschool teachers's educational idea and behavior. The analysis shows that the causes of this phenomenon are the teachers'superficial understanding of the new educational concept and lack of the experience under its guidance and the lack of the summary,reflection and improvement based on their teaching pracice. From this point of view, this thesis puts forward the study on the improvement in preschool teachers' reflective ability centered on the teaching experience. Grounded on the deep analysis of the present situation of teachers' reflective ability, this thesis works out the plan of various teaching activities and seeks the effective teaching experience in order to put forward the specific suggestions.This thesis contains five parts. In the introductory part, put forward the topic for research and the meaning of this research. Besides, define the main concept and introduce the related achievements in theoretic study. In chapter one, illustrate the present situation of preschool teachers'reflection and the existing problems. Analyze these problems and define the basic characteristics of the preschool teachers'reflection. In chapter two, put forward the training of the preschool teachers'reflective consciousness and ability in teaching activities. Stimulate teachers'participating passion and cooperative interest in real teaching experience. Combine theory with practice. Improve teachers'insight into their teaching during the practice in order to explore various teaching activities and stimulate teachers'active reflective consciousness. In chapter three, improve teachers'reflective ability effectively in a series of cases of teaching practice. In chapter four, construct the basic strategy to form preschool teachers'reflective ability and provide help and reference for the improvement of this ability.
