Research On The Current Situation And Training Countermeasures Of Basketball Reserve Talents In Jiangsu Province

Basketball reserve talents are crucial to the integrity of the talent echelon construction and the sustainability of basketball project development.High-level talents are the key to improve the comprehensive strength of competitive sports and the core competitiveness of basketball in Jiangsu province,and cultivating excellent basketball talents is the key to promote the improvement of Jiangsu 's basketball level and the construction of a strong sports province,but the problem of insufficient basketball reserve talents is becoming increasingly prominent,which seriously affects the healthy development of basketball.This research takes the reserve talents of professional basketball clubs and traditional basketball middle schools in Jiangsu Province as the survey objects,uses expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the training situation,realistic predicament and influencing factors of basketball reserve talents,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for talent training.Based on the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Basketball reserve talents in Jiangsu Province are mainly trained by professional basketball system and traditional basketball school.2.The current training dilemma includes includes the prominent contradiction between learning and training,the impact of the competition system;insufficient capital investment,disorderly basketball market;the initial development of mini-basketball,but an urgent lack of professional coaches.3.The main influencing factors include the training quality of the team,the comprehensive management planning of the sports and education departments,the situation of talent resources,social support,basketball population and so on.4.The cultivation of basketball reserve talents requires professional basketball clubs to increase funding,improve the talent system,promote pluralistic cultivation,implement talent exchange,and attach importance to cultural education;requires traditional basketball schools to implement the integration of sports and education,popularize small basketball,and actively participate in training and leagues;requires government and basketball association to adhere to "Jiangsu first",improve the guarantee of talents,standardize the training of coaches,reform the basketball competition system and guide the promotion of basketball culture.
