Study On Cultivated Land Resources Protection In Linzhou City Of Henan Province

Agriculture is the basis of the national economy and the cultivated land is the foundation.The sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources is an important aspect of sustainable development strategy in China.Cultivated land is the mother of wealth and the livelihood of the people,arable land provides the most basic source of food for human and life,arable land is the basic resources for human survival,and also the foundation of sustainable development of agriculture and society in our country.With the serious waste of land resources in China,how to save land resources becomes the key to the intensification of human conflicts.This paper focuses on the utilization of rural land resources neglected by urban planning,and puts forward the possible solutions.In the first part,the paper discusses the background,purpose and significance of the topic,reviews the development of cultivated land protection at home and abroad,and summarizes the research progress on the protection of cultivated land resources at home and abroad This paper expounds the research ideas,research methods and technical route;Finally,the main difficulties and innovation points of this research are summarized.The second part is about the related concepts,laws and regulations of cultivated land protection The third part analyzes the status quo(quantity,quality,reserve resources)of rural cultivated land resources in Linzhou city,Henan province with specific data Secondly,the main problems of farmland protection in rural areas are analyzed from the aspects of the efficiency of cultivated land,irrigation facilities and reserve resources The fourth part,how to realize the Arable land cultivated land protection;How to strengthen the protection measures and suggestions on the awareness of cultivated land protection,capital and scientific and technological input,the construction of farmland infrastructure,and the development of reserve land resources.Only by fully recognizing the importance of sustainable utilization of rural land resources can we better deal with the relationship between social development and the protection of rural arable land resources,in order to achieve the long-term goal of building a well-off society in rural areas.
