The technology of laser display was first proposed in the 60 s of the last century.It has been studied and developed to the present.This technology is increasingly mature.Because of its bright color,high saturation and strong brightness,it has gradually replaced the trend of traditional display technology.With the update and development of semiconductor laser technology,its performance becomes more stable and its cost is decreasing.Using semiconductor laser as the light source,a complete set of drive control system is designed,which can effectively promote the development of laser display technology industry and meet the strong demand of the society for this technology.At this stage,the price of semiconductor lasers is still expensive,so it is required that the drive system can be more secure and reliable than the general power supply.From the market demand,the design and development of a driving device not only requires stable performance,high reliability,but also emphasizes the minimum optimization in volume,and the cost can meet the requirements of the market competition.In view of the characteristics of the semiconductor laser and the actual demand of the light source,a complete set of circuits is designed for the specified driving light source.The drive and control functions of the light source system are realized,including the drive and control circuit of the semiconductor laser,the control circuit of temperature measurement,the driving circuit of the DC brushless motor and the pass through.The design and implementation of these circuits are studied and discussed in detail,and the algorithms and software implementation of the key parts of the system are also given.There are 6 chapters in this paper.The first chapter introduces the research background and research direction of the thesis,so as to draw the purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter introduces the principle of the design,including the design principle of the laser projection light drive system,the principle and characteristics of the semiconductor laser,the principle and design of the temperature measurement,the design principle of the DC brushless motor,the design principle of the communication interface,and the STM32 chip as the micro controller.In the third chapter,the hardware design of the laser projection light driver system based on semiconductor laser is introduced in detail.From the overall framework,the circuit design of the functional modules is discussed in detail according to the design requirements.The actual circuit schematic diagram is given.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the three main control objects in the drive system: current control of semiconductor lasers,temperature control,DC brushless motor drive control,and provide the corresponding algorithms.The fifth chapter discusses the design of the software part of the system,which is divided into STM32 driver design and software test platform design.The STM32 driver design gives a detailed software function flow chart,and the software test platform gives a detailed interface and function display.The sixth chapter is the system test and the conclusion part.After giving the detailed test process,it gives the corresponding conclusion,verifies the correctness and reliability of the laser projection light driver system based on the semiconductor laser,and draws the design conclusion,and gives some material object display pictures.Through the design principle and method described in this paper,through the related research and development and test,the laser projection light source driven system based on semiconductor laser is reliable,stable,and has the characteristics of small volume,strong portability,and can form a complete laser projector with the optical engine and related assembly.It is of great practical significance and practical value to achieve good projection effect in engineering projection or film projection.
