With the development of urban-rural integration, urban construction will become more and more frequent. It is an extremely important and indispensable task to assess the risk of geological hazards of construction land in construction projects.Assessment work carried out to identify the construction process may be induced or aggravated geological disasters,so that we can do early prevention,to ensure the smooth construction of the work and safety. It provides some guidance for the exploration, design and construction of later engineering.Based on the previous site reconnaissance,According to the previous site survey, combined with the regional geological information of the construction site of Shenzhen University of Technology and previous research results, the complexity of the geological environment conditions and the types and distribution of geological disasters were determined, established the ground subsidence of geological disasters in study area, there are 2 and 1 collapse, prediction in the process of construction, the project may cause or aggravate the geological disasters of karst ground collapse, ground subsidence, collapse,or landslide(excavation slope collapse and landslide, slope collapse and landslide)a total of three groups of four. After the project is predicted to be completed, the geological disasters that the project itself may also suffer from are three major categories of karst ground subsidence, land subsidence, collapse or landslide(excavation slope collapse or landslide).By referring to a large amount of documents and analyzing the typical cases, this paper compares and studies the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation methods and finally determines the risk assessment of the proposed project of Shenzhen University of Technology by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the longitude and latitude, the study area is divided into 20 cells. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the fuzzy weight matrix of the evaluation factors. The membership matrix is used to determine the fuzzy relation matrix. The risk assessment of each evaluation unit is carried out one by one Finally, compared with qualitative analysis, the distribution of risk size in the study area was established.Based on the conclusion, the suitability assessment of construction land was carried out,the corresponding grade of prevention and control of geological disasters was established, and the prevention measures and suggestions were put forward.Although the conclusions of this study can not directly replace the construction and planning stages of geotechnical investigation, design and construction and other related work, but for the latter part of the work to provide a safe and effective guidance.
