Research On The Meteorological Informatization Dilemma And Countermeasures In The Big Data Era

This article is combined with theory and practice,taking the process of meteorological informatization construction as an analysis path and the comprehensive use of text analysis and empirical analysis methods,from the perspective of holistic governance to study and interpret the policy texts related to Big Data at home and abroad.Combining the basis of multi-year information work in the meteorological department,with the help of a large number of objective data and cases,from the information system mechanism and the dimension of organization and management,the new information technology,such as Big Data,and its application mode and direction in the field of meteorology are analyzed in detail.How to solve the information problems encountered in the process of meteorological modernization and the deepening of the meteorological reform in the background of the big data age,and the organization and mechanism of meteorological information construction in the future are put forward.It has important guiding significance and reference significance to the practical work.This article studies the theory of public management and information technology,such as the theory of holistic governance,information leadership,and the theory of overall architecture laying a theoretical foundation for further research,and also the analysis of the long-term meteorological information status in China's meteorological department.It includes the remarkable achievements,the situation of the current meteorological information and the goal of the future development.The difficulties of organization and mechanism in the process of promoting the meteorological information work are analyzed in depth.It includes the top-level design of information technology,the fragmentation of information construction and the plight of large data landing.Finally,we use the relevant basic theory to combine the practice of meteorological information,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of organization and management mechanism.
