Landslide is a sudden and devastating natural geological disaster.In order to explore the rule of landslide in China and carry out its prevention and control work,the thesis explores 107 landslides with specific time,place and casualties to analyze in the case of landslide occurred in China from 2001 to 2015.From the statistical analysis,the annual distribution and development trend of landslide number and mortality,the monthly distribution of landslide number,quarterly distribution,date distribution and regional distribution are obtained.And relevant forecasting models are established for the rainfall induced landslides in Southwest China.Finally,a monitoring and warning device for landslide is designed.Mainly get the following conclusions:(1)According to the statistics on the number of landslides and deaths from 2001 to 2015,it is found that the number of landslides is positively related to the number of deaths.But the number of deaths caused by large-scale landslides in densely populated areas is far more than that of small landslides.Therefore,in addition to concerned about the number of landslides,the size of the scale should also be reference.(2)The statistical analysis of the time factors of landslides in China from 2001 to 2015 shows that landslide is a kind of geological hazard with certain randomness.Water has a greater impact on it,so it occurs frequently during the rainy season.Landslide occurs frequently during the daytime,the reason is that human engineering activitiesoccur during the day,it is concluded that human engineering activities have a great influence on the occurrence of landslides.(3)The regional statistical analysis of landslides from 2001 to 2015 shows that landslides occur frequently in the south of China,especially in Southwest China.Based on the analysis of a large amount of literature and data,this thesis establishes the critical rainfall index model of rainfall landslide in Guizhou and the rainfall intensity-duration(I-D)threshold model in Southwest China.(4)This thesis designed a kind of landslide monitoring device.When the device detects danger,it can timely remind staff,and alert passing pedestrians near landslide danger zone.
