Wulong gold deposit in the east of Liaoning province is located in the China-Korea quasi platform,the eastern part of Yingkou-Kuandian anteclise and Fengcheng bulge of Jiao-Liao platform anteklise,the southwestern of the Yalu River metallogenic belt.Pingbei gold deposit in East of Wulong gold deposit has similar Geological evolution history and metallogenic background.So Wulong gold deposit has the geological background and resource potential of forming a large gold deposit.Since Wulong gold deposit has been mining for many years and its resources are exhausted.On the basis of previous research,this paper carries on the remote sensing Geological interpretation of the area around the area of 440km2 gold mine,from the structural,lithological and mineralized alteration aspects,takes the geological characteristics of the known gold mine in Wulong gold mine as the reference standard,establishes the remote sensing prospecting sign of the research area,and selects the delineation of vision to guide mine searching.The Wulong gold deposit is mainly a fault structure ore-controlling and the ore body mainly exists in the lattice structure consisting of near NNE-direction tectonic or NW-direction secondary tectonic.Wulong gold deposit is located at the edge of circular structure.The exposed rocks in Wulong gold deposit are mixed granite,fine-grained diorite dike and gold-bearing quartz veins,etc.According to the main Geological characteristics of Wulong gold deposit and the structure of interpretation and alteration in research area,the remote sensing prospecting model of quartz vein type gold deposit in Wulong research area is established.The stratigraphic or lithological indexes are identified as liaohe group metamorphic rocks,granite,etc.The structural indices is near NNE-direction large fault and its secondary NW-direction small fault.In the surrounding or on the circular structure.Fe3+iron etching and hydroxyl etching layers were added to the model as two markers.The remote sensing prospecting model of quartz vein type gold deposit was established,and 22 remote sensing prospective areas in Wulong research area were identified.The NNE-direction tectonic in the Wulong gold deposit and its Southwest,including the Kesenggou fault,the Yangjia fault,the red rock fault and the NW tectonic substructure around it,the area of about100km2 was designated as the key research area,and the more obvious features in the key area It includes 5 scenic spots,such as 1,2,3,21,22,and17 other scenic spots are of the second kind.The field verification of the scenic spots shows that the five remote sensing scenic spots in the key research areas are basically accurate and have varying degrees of hydrothermal alteration related to gold mineralization.Because these scenic spots have high accuracy,it can be assumed that the secondary mining scenic spots outside the key research areas also have high accuracy.The scenic spots 1,2,3,6,21,22 within the focus study area have good gold deposit metallogenic potential and can be used as the key area for exploration of geological and Geophysical gold deposits.Among them,prospective area 1,prospective area 2 and prospective area 21 have relatively good deep gold prospecting potential.
