The interpretation of geological remote sensing and extraction of mineralization and alteration information in arid and semi-arid environments are still frontier issues at home and abroad,especially the weak anomaly of mineralization information.Xinjiang,which belongs to a very typical temperate continental semi-arid climate,is an ideal laboratory for studying this hot topic.This paper uses the remote sensing technology based on the summarization of the regional geological data of the Xinjiang Junggar-Hatu Mountain area as a research area,based on the LANDSAT7 ETM+ data,ASTER L1 B data,and ASTER GDEM data to perform remote sensing geological interpretation and Mineralization and alteration information extraction has achieved the following results:1.The 1:50,000 geological interpretation was carried out.Using the combination of LANDSAT7 ETM+ data and ASTER L1 B data for different band combinations,based on the interpretation markers of remote sensing images,80 east-west and north-west faults were interpreted,and major major faults in the study area,the Hartuna fault and Anzi Breaks,Iron Mills sets big breaks,etc.The spatial distribution and remote sensing image characteristics of the main rock layers in the study area are interpreted.These geologic interpretations will have important implications for the analysis of geological conditions in the area and the updating of small-scale geological maps.2.Using remote sensing technology,mineralized alteration information was extracted from the study area.On the basis of fully studying the theoretical knowledge and regional geological background of remote sensing mineralization and alteration information extraction,mask processing and Crosta method are used to enhance the processing of remote sensing images,and abnormal iron dyeing and hydroxyl alteration are obtained.3.According to the tectonic ore-forming conditions,lithology metallogenic conditions,fault structure,fold structure,lithological information,and known distribution of ore sites,the study area is classified into favorable zones for mineralization.After comprehensive analysis,it has delineated Cork.There are two major prospecting areas in the Alakulasi prospecting area(I)and the favorable area(II)in the Hashijin prospecting area.This article organically integrates lithologic spectral information and topographic information,which is applicable under the natural conditions of the Xinjiang region,and is worthy of promotion.The use of remote sensing images for geological interpretation and extraction of mineralized alteration information has the advantages of high efficiency,economical cost savings,large processing area,and few human interference factors.For areas with poor natural conditions,low levels of work,and wide distribution areas,rapid exploration and delineation of favorable prospecting targets can be achieved.
