Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Land And Resources Data Management In Hohhot

Since Hohhot Land and Resources Bureau started the information construction,through the implementation of the “one map” information project,Hohhot has established a set of remote sensing images,land use status,basic farmland status,land use dynamic remote sensing monitoring data,land use planning data,annual plan data,urban cadastral data and basic geography as "one map" database system.On this basis,completed the construction of a comprehensive application platform and comprehensive supervision platform,and data management achieved initial results.The integrated management of land and data resources has effectively improved work efficiency and improved management.However,in the application of national land and resources data across the country,there are many problems such as the completion not being used or not good enough to be used,and Hohhot Land and Resources Bureau is no exception.From the perspective of data management,this paper takes Hohhot Land and Resources Bureau as an example,adopts the data flow that runs through the business as the main line,breaks through the thinking limitation of “single department and single business”,analyzes the status quo,problems,causes and countermeasures by using information technology to improve the management of land and resources to find ideas for improvement.Based on the construction of the “one Map” database of land and resources in Hohhot,the problems in the production,exchange,storage,and utilization of land and resources data in Hohhot were analyzed;analyze the general problems from both technical and management perspectives,such as the lack of unified mechanisms for data management,data sharing,and barriers to information services,the management lagging behind in the construction of the “do first” system,and the inability ofbuilding talent teams,etc.In response to the problems existing in data management work of Hohhot Land and Resources Bureau,suggestions were put forward in terms of technology and management.In terms of technology,it is necessary to strengthen the standardization of data centers and improve the basic data quality of land and resources.In terms of management,we will focus on establishing a centralized and unified data management mechanism,expanding the development and application of land and resources data,promoting data sharing and information services,and improving the municipal land and resources data management system.The data management of land and resources in Hohhot is a basic,systematic,and long-term task.While completing the work of land and resources management,it is necessary to construct a more ambitious framework,improve the data sharing,information public service mechanism,and satisfy the government,society,Personal information needs.In accordance with the basic principles that are conducive to the realization of the goals of informationization,the sharing of data resources,and the application of information systems,we must do a good job in the management of land and resources data within the overall framework of land and resources informationization.
