Research On Information And Data Management Of Land And Resources In Kunming

In the process of human reproduction and social progress,land and resources are indispensable material basis.It is also a necessary prerequisite for the steady development of China's social economy.Improving the intensity of supervision and control of land and resources and developing and using resources effectively are the primary problems in the current land and resources management process.Information data management is the core of this process.Based on the theory of information theory,cybernetics and so on,from the aspects of information to create and information control,the departments of land and resources of kunming as the research object,the data flow across business always as the main line,according to data of land and resources information control to study the current situation,problems,causes,from three aspects:organizational structure,control and technology to find out the municipal department of land and resources in the information data control problems.And put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to existing problems.First,at the organizational structure level,adjust the original organizational structure and three definite plans(i.e.,the establishment,the establishment of posts,the establishment of responsibilities),and set up a special functional department,with special personnel responsible for the control of land and resources information,and establish and improve the land and resources information security accountability mechanism;Second,at the management level,unified land and resources information control measures should be issued,standard information management guidelines should be determined,and perfect land and resources data management system and guarantee system should be established.Thirdly,at the technical level,GIS(geographic information system)platform should be applied to effectively and reasonably control geological information,strictly focus on the establishment of information database,strengthen the research and development of technical means,and enhance the quality of basic information of land and resources.This paper is expected to provide some references for the optimization of land and resources information and data management in kunming and the theoretical research of land and resources information and data management.
