Donghuashan Forest Park is located in Wengyuan county,Shaoguan city,Guangdong province.Because it is located in the mountainous area of guangdong province,and the vegetation types are largely subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,summer green broad-leaved forest and broad-leaved mixed forest.The unique karst mountain landform makes the Donghuashan Forest Park rich in forest landscape resources.In recent years,due to the reconstruction of donghua temple,a large amount of green spaces were transformed into construction lands.In addition,human activity is frequent in the park.All of these factors caused loose landscape structure,monotonous stand structure,low forest canopy density,fragmented habitat in the forest park.Consequently,the ecological environment of the forest park was in a relatively unstable stage.In addition to the lack of scientific guidance and planning in landscape planning,development,utilization,and protection of the park,a sustainable forest park development system has not been developed.Therefore,it is urgent to study the forest landscape pattern of Donghuashan Forest Park.Analogously to unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)application in forestry survey,Donghuashan Forest Park was studied using uav.Landscape patterns,landscape ecological space range,and forest landscape structure and dynamic features were studied by uav read-time remote sense images and software ArcGis10.2.The remote sensing images of uav showed that Donghua temple,the core area of the park,gave rise to unpleasant effects on the ecological protection of the forest park due to frequent human activities.Through the study of the landscape pattern change of Donghua shan Forest Park,the spatial structure characteristics and development trend of the forest landscape in Forest Park can be clearly understood.The study will provide the theoretical support and scientific basis for the management department of the Donghuashan Forest Park,and will contribute to the realization of the sustainable development and positive influence of the ecological resources of the Donghuashan forest park landscape.(1)The landscapes of the Donghuashan Forest Park were classified into 8 types,subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,summer green broad-leaved forest,mixed forest,bush,plantation needle,desert,farmland and construction land.After classification,we constructed a landscape classification map by using ArcGIS.(2)According to the software FRAGSTATS4.2 calculation,there are 38landscape patches in the eight landscape types of Donghuashan Forest Park.Among them,plantation forest is the major landscape type with the largest number of landscape patches(i.e.,8 patches),accounting for 21.05%of the total number of plaques.However,the patch area is only 28.13 hm~2,accounting for 7.45%of the total area of the landscape.This indicates that the landscape concentration is small and the landscape fragmentation is high.(3)Donghuashan Forest Park has an area of 377.7 hm~2.The main landscape is mixed forest,subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,and the construction land of donghua temple,the area of these three landscape types accounted for 76.56%of the total area of all landscape type plaques.According to the area of each landscape,the main landscapes were mixed forests and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest.These two landscape types had large in area and perimeter,but small patch density and distributed densely,which led to high aggregation and low landscape heterogeneity.Shrubs had small area,a large number of patches,large patch density,severe fragmentation,disperse distribution and high landscape heterogeneity.(4)Landscape level heterogeneity was correlated with diversity indices.Landscape type diversity was positively correlated with landscape level heterogeneity,negatively with landscape fragmentation.The increase or decrease in landscape type diversity and richness led to fluctuation of landscape Shannon diversity index and Shannon evenness index,and consequently affected landscape heterogeneity and fragmentation.A large number of landscape patch types enhanced the landscape Shannon diversity index and Shannon evenness index,and consequently promoted landscape heterogeneity and reduced landscape fragmentation.
