The Research Method Of Land Survey Based On UAV Photogrammetry Technology

Land survey is a basic work that the state has carried out to fully understand the situation of land use in China.The mastery of real land information data is the basis for land evaluation and land management.The purpose is to provide important basic geographic information data for national decision-making.The launch of the second and third national land survey has provided popular services for the society with basic geographical information of land.With the development of UAV aerial survey data acquisition and post-processing technology,the land survey method has also undergone new changes.This based on the ongoing survey project,which is about right registration of rural land contracted management rights.It is Supported by "the project on a certain pilot town in Anhui province",combined with the characteristics of the project,has provided the technical route of using UAV aerial survey sensing technology on registration and certification of rural land contractual management rights.The conclusion on efficiency and precision has been reached through the comparison of different methods.The research ideas and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)Explained the relevant contents of the land survey,discussed the research background and significance of this topic,and laid a foundation for future technological research by understanding the research status at home and abroad.2)Explained the advantages of UAV aerial survey and remote sensing technology in land survey.3)The methods on acquisition and processing of data through UAV aerial surveying and remote sensing technology include: principle and advantages of UAV aerial surveying and remote sensing technology;acquisition of original image data and technology methods of photo-control data processing;work flow of using UAV aerial survey sensing technology on registration and certification of rural land contractual management rights,and the detailed analysis on the key technologies which is adopted.4)Taking the pilot town in Anhui Province as an example,UAV were used for aerial photography,Inpho software was used for late period of aerial triangulation encryption and production of digital orthophotography,and space vision software was used to collect the boundary of plots,and production of base maps were used for survey.The contracted land plots were subject to a survey of ownership,and the later data were edited,and the final results were field-tested,and statistical analysis was performed.The feasibility of technical route on applying the UAV to rural land contractual management right has been verified.The error statistic analysis has been processed on working map image and positional accuracy of boundary point of contracted land.The accuracy of obtained plot point we have acquired is much better than the requirement of the base map in Investigation procedures of the land contractual management right.
