The deep-sea rock core sampling rig can drill the surface core at a fixed point on the sea floor thousands of meters deep,and is an indispensable and important sampling equipment for deep sea mineral resources exploration and deep sea geological survey.With the development of the marine industry,the scientific research task has put forward higher requirements for the functions and operations of the drilling rig,and it is of great significance to develop a more efficient and easy-to-use drilling rig measurement and control system.The deep-sea drilling rig is sampling drilling equipment that is connected by an umbilical to the water control platform and the underwater acquisition execution unit.The water part of the traditional deep-sea equipment measurement and control system is usually composed of an industrial control computer,photoelectric converters,network switches,video decoders,monitors and other devices.The number of power lines,serial lines,video lines,network lines and so on among the devices is numerous,which makes the equipment difficult to assemble and disassemble and easy to make mistakes.In addition,the traditional deck control mode is to control the interface function with a mouse and a few keyboard keys.Now,facing the increasingly complex interface,operators who do not understand the internal working principle need a lot of time to familiarize themselves with the use of PC software,and this mode of operation is not convenient enough.In order to solve these problems,a portable deck control box is designed and implemented in this paper.Firstly,the input mode of mouse and keyboard is changed to the operation mode of push rod.handle,and key and so on,which are in accordance with ergonomics,and the operation panel is made.Secondly,each deck unit is integrated into the control box.Finally,the anti-seismic and anti-pressure control box is customized,forming deck control equipment with easy installation and high reliability.At the same time,in order to improve the working ability of the drilling rig in an all-round way,an automatic scheme such as self-adaptive drilling and a more perfect electrical monitoring scheme are designed.The structure of this paper is divided into five parts:development and research of drilling rig measurement and control system,system overall scheme design,system hardware implementation,system software implementation and system debugging and application.First of all,it studies the application of related technologies,as well as the application environment and practical needs to be faced,and determines the design scheme of each module of the system.Then,the realization of each hardware circuit in the scheme is introduced in detail.Then it introduces the details of system software implementation,which includes two parts:including embedded software based on STM 32 microprocessor,which is used to complete the signal acquisition and execution functions of the lower computer;The PC software developed based on Visual Studio 2015 completes the functions of human-computer interface design,system control and data recording.Finally,the debugging of the system and its practical application at sea are introduced.The measurement and control system of the deep sea rock core sampling rig developed in this paper,after laboratory debugging and workshop debugging,joined the rig body on board the 49th voyage to China's ocean,completed relevant drilling tasks in the northwest Indian Ocean and successfully obtained core samples.The successful application results of the voyage show that the drilling rig measurement and control system meets the design requirements and has passed the practical inspection.
