Research On Public Satisfaction Of Geographic Information System In Qinhuangdao Wisdom City

With the gradual development of urban construction to the wisdom of the development,Public's demand is also rising.Geographic information systems(GIS)are able to map information that is closely related to the day-to-day activities of the public and visualize the data.With the advance of urban construction,Information that is closely related to geographic data is constantly improving.Traditional paper-based information sharing and decision-making information difficult to achieve high efficiency.The application of geographic information system can realize the electronic management of data.With the gradual development of urban construction to the wisdom of the development,GIS are widely used in public information services.Therefore,the application of the system can meet the "Internet + government services" trend of the times,activate a variety of databases,improve government decision-making and public information services,the level of wisdom.For the geographic information system in wisdom urban of public satisfaction this new topic:In this paper,the Qinhuangdao Smart City Portal is selected as the research object of the questionnaire.Adopting the literature research,comparative analysis,case analysis and investigation and research methods.By reviewing the application of GIS in intelligent city construction and the development of GIS,this paper clarifies the feasibility of the paper.Understanding the application of GIS in Qinhuangdao Wisdom City,the significance of application of GIS in Qinhuangdao Wisdom City Portal.According to the results of the questionnaire,the author analyzes the constraints of the geographic information system to the public in the system design and use.Questionnaire results : 67.59% of survey participants used the site.75.36% of the respondents who did not use the public chose not to understand the site function.the overall public satisfaction is 76%,87.04% choose to continue to use the site,90.74% choose to recommend to friends and relatives.Indicating that the public's trust in website construction and government work is high,so through the promotion and improvement of the existing problems in the site,can enhance the use rate of Qinhuangdao wisdom city's geographic information system.Revealing the problems(include public awareness is not high;content quality is not high and functional advantage is not obvious)existing in the construction of GIS in Qinhuangdao wisdom city.Put forward strengthen the promotion of Qinhuangdao wisdom city geographic information system through various forms of publicity;To optimize the existing system of the public(especially the information vulnerable groups)as the starting point,to strengthen the function and content construction of Qinhuangdao Geographic Information System,so that the system can be optimized,thus enabling the system to achieve greater utilization and public confidence in government and system building,so that the public experience Qinhuangdao wisdom city construction of outstanding achievements,to improve the happiness of the people,to improve public's satisfaction.
