Research On The Development And Influencing Factors Of Digital Economy In China

The digital economy is based on the digitization of information and communication technology as a key production factor.Through the modern information and communication infrastructure,a virtual network is formed,which fundamentally changes the business processes and transactions of all trades and industries and stimulate the development of e-commerce,making the production and operation Management activities,consumer activities digitization,but also to change the economic structure and create economic value.Information and communication technology(ICT)industry is the core of the digital economy.The sustained and rapid development of the digital economy must be based on the core technical support of the ICT industry and continuous innovation and upgrading of core products.At present,the digital economy has become the world's mainstream economic model.Governments have gradually developed the digital economy as the inevitable choice to promote their economic growth.China also regards the digital economy as the fundamental driving force for raising international competitiveness,optimizing the upgrading of industrial structure and realizing leapfrog development.Firstly,this article from the five perspectives of information and communication infrastructure construction,ICT primary application,ICT advanced application,enterprise digital development and ICT industry development,using exponential method,comprehensively measure the degree of digital economy development in China from 2007 to 2015,and find out that the overall development of digital economy in China shows a continuous growth trend,but the growth slowed down from 2014 to 2015.Further research using gray relational analysis shows that there are imbalances between ICT applications,ICT industry development,enterprises digitalization,and the construction of information and communication infrastructure in the digital economy.In particular,the contribution of ICT industry development to digital economy development is relatively low.Secondly,from the input-output point of view,this paper adopts structural equation model to analyze the main factors affecting the development of China's ICT industry,such as R & D funds,R & D personnel and institutions,investment in fixed assets and R & D results to explore specific paths to promote the rapid development of China's ICT industry.The research found that R & D funds,R & D personnel and institutions,investment in fixed assets and R & D achievements have a direct or indirect positive impact on thedevelopment of ICT industry.R & D funding has more impact on the development of ICT industry than R & D personnel and institutions.In addition,New product development is a link and bridge connecting the inputs and outputs of the ICT industry.Finally,according to the main problems in the comprehensive development of digital economy in our country,and the main influencing factors in the development of ICT industry and its role in the research conclusions,this article puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of digital economy and enhancing the ICT industry in our country.
