With the development of digital economy,digital technology has become an important driving force of social and economic development,and digital industry has gradually become a basic,strategic and pioneering industry of the national economy.In the government work report delivered by Premier Li Keqiang at the 2020 NPC and CPPCC sessions,new forms of business such as e-commerce online shopping and online services have played an important role in fighting the epidemic.Support policies should continue to be introduced to comprehensively promote "Internet +" and create new advantages of the digital economy.Digital industrialization and industrial digitalization have become the mainstream trend of economic development in all provinces.Firstly,this paper studies the classification of digital economy industry,and determines the range of digital economy industry by using digital industrialization separation method and industrial digital transformation method.Usi ng the digital separation coefficient and digital conversion coefficient,the input-output table of 42 departments in 2017 was recompiled into the input-output table of the digital economy of9 departments.Then,based on the data of the compiled input-output table of digital economy,a social accounting matrix of 9 departments and 9 accounts was compiled.It provides a data basis for the operation of the Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium model.Based on the establishment of social accounting matrix of 2017 China digital economy,building a digital economy DCGE model,model includes nine production department,agriculture,industry,service industry,digital empowerment infrastructure industry,digital media industry,digital trade industry,agriculture digitalization,industry digitalization and service digitalization sectors.According to the general optimization assumptions of DCGE model,the production module,institution module,foreign trade module,investment and savings module,macro closure and equilibrium module and recursive dynamic module are designed,and the required scale parameters,substitution parameters,efficiency parameters and other parameters in the model are estimated and calibrated.In the empirical part,the contribution of digital economy with digital industrialization and industrial digitalization as the core to national economy is first measured,that is,the scale of digital economy.Then,three indexes of GDP,industrial output and residents' life are selected to simulate the impact of digital economy industries on the entire national economy by changing the investment of digital economy industries.The results show that the digitalization degree of service industry and industry is high,while the digitalization degree of agriculture is low.The proportion of digital industrialization is obviously higher than that of industrial digitalization.The development momentum of digital empowerment infrastructure industry is the highest.On the one hand,increasing investment in digital economy industry has a positive effect on economic growth and the improvement of income level,which also affirms the policy effect of the government's increasing investment in digital technology in recent years.On the other hand,more investment is not always better.The results of model operation show that appropriate investment will not only promote the development of digital economy industry itself,but also expand the consumption demand,optimize the industrial structure and improve the production efficiency,which will play a positive role in promoting the development of national economy.
