PetroChina is a large state-owned petroleum and petrochemical enterprise.With the continuous deepening of the reform of the national market economic system and the changes of the international and domestic petroleum markets,the operating environment and its own operating orientation of PetroChina have undergone profound and drastic changes.However,whether in the exploration,refining,marketing and international sectors,the intensification of market competition is the basic market characteristics,To improve competitiveness is the growth needs of enterprises,the adjustment and selection of competitive tactics is the ability that enterprises must acquire.This paper focuses on Yunnan Sales Company,a subsidiary of PetroChina Sales Plate.It takes the refined oil market in Kunming as the target market,and takes the commissioned operation project of cooperation between PetroChina,Sinopec and Kunming Municipal Government as the research object.Using the theory of co-opetition,from the perspective of game theory,the paper sets up the basic theory and basic facts before analysis.The basic theory is mainly based on coopetition theory and game theory.The basic fact is to describe the process of commissioned operation project of Kunming oil service Station in time sequence,to seek detailed information and to narrate the project in stages.In the analysis,we focus on the analysis of the causes,evolution,tactics and performance of the competition and cooperation relationship between PetroChina and Sinopec in the project,and form the basic framework of competition and cooperation analysis.Among them,game PARTS model,coopetition analysis model,competition evolution model and game matrix are used.The paper also summarizes the strategy selection models such as "closing doors and beating dogs".On the basis of system analysis,it provides suggestions for the future coopetition tactics of PetroChina,and puts forward the dimensions and principles of competition tactics and tactics selection from the perspective of introducing participants and adding value.Then.This paper combines theory with practice,applies the basic theory of economic management,bases itself on enterprises,and analyses and solves practical problems in work.It belongs to the problem-oriented research paper of "putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".
