"Village in the city" is a relatively special residential community formed after the city surrounded the village with the rapid development of urban suburbanization,industrial decentralization and urbanization.The quality of community buildings cannot be guaranteed,and the fire protection facilities are not equipped in the interior of the building or the entire community,which poses a great safety hazard.Yunnan Province is located in the north-south earthquake zone in China,and the fire hazards in the villages of Kunming City are also prominent.In the event of an earthquake,the collapse of residential buildings and secondary fires will cause huge personal damage and economic losses to residents;therefore,evacuation studies on earthquakes and fires are necessary.This paper selects the Chuanfang Xincun as the research object,conducts actual investigation on the overall layout of the residential building in the ship house new village,the distribution of buildings and roads,the seismic performance of the residential buildings,and the fire resistance performance of the residential buildings,and determines the evacuation sites during evacuation.And through the form of questionnaires to study the evacuation behavior choice and psychological performance of residents in emergency situations;select two typical residential buildings in the Chuanfang Xincun for seismic evacuation simulation research,use SAP2000 to analyze the time history of two residential buildings,the probability of collapse of each residential building and the collapse time of one floor are obtained,consider the impact of earthquake on the evacuation speed of the residents in the event of an earthquake,and use the "hydraulic" model to simulate the earthquake evacuation of the two residential buildings,and obtain the residents of each floor.According to the evacuation situation,the earthquake evacuation of the two residential buildings is obtained.Considering the factors such as panic and small group behavior in the event of fire,one of the residential buildings is selected in the study to use the Pathfinder software for fire evacuation simulation.And compared with the actual situation,it is concluded that there is a fire Features evacuate residents;finally seismic effect and secondary fire,earthquake evacuation simulation studies carry out on the Chuanfang Xincun,the characteristics of residents are evacuated in the evacuation process of the formation,and propose solutions for the problems of research findings.
