As with the rapid development of economy and of urban transportation,the continuous growth of vehicle inventory and the proposal of the national strategy for new energy resources.The change of transportation energy structure has put forward new requirements for the existing gas stations.However,due to the fact that different energy enterprises form extended supply end services respectively and lack of unified organization,coordination and management of the industry,serious waste of land resources has been caused.It is of great social and economic significance to study the coxprehensive grading distribution of transportation energy service network in the initial stage of urban development area construction based on the coexistence of various transportation energy types.This paper puts forward the concept of urban transportation energy service station based on the theory of urban planning site selection and traffic planning,and further discusses the development trend and network system construction of urban comprehensive transportation energy service station.First of all,this paper expounds the background of this research topic and significance,according to the existing planning theory of different kinds of transportation energy service station,from the scale prediction,site selection,rank three aspects to study the classification of different types of urban transportation energy service station layout of related theory,put forward the urban development area traffic energy service stations hierarchical layout principles,the considerations and the rationality of evaluation index.Secondly,on the basis of total volume control,the paper proposes the method of hierarchical layout planning of transportation and energy service stations in urban development area by using the analysis methods of GIS spatial analysis,such as distance analysis,overlay analysis,spatial analysis of raster data,and network analysis,etc.,to build the set coverage model and p-center positioning and distribution modelFinally,a case study is carried out based on the hierarchical layout plan of the transportation energy service station in Gui'an New District.Through the analysis of the future development trend of transportation energy and related planning,calculate the demand of different types of transportation energy service stations that are suitable for the development of Gui'an New District.The vector data overlay analysis of ArcMap and spatial analysis of raster data were used to overlay the service scope of alternative points of different types of transportation and energy service stations.The set coverage model was established by establishing the rationality evaluation index,and the service area and location of alternative points of comprehensive stations were obtained through comprehensive analysis.The p-center positioning and distribution model was constructed by ArcMap network analysis,and the site selection of alternative points of the comprehensive site was optimized,and then the final site after hierarchical optimization was classified and functionally positioned.Based on the application of GIS,this paper makes overall and coordinated planning for different types of transportation and energy service outlets for urban development areas,forms a comprehensive hierarchical layout,and the total amount of the forecasted quantity is checked,further standardizes the transportation and energy market,and builds an urban transportation and energy service network system that meets the needs of urban society,economy and future development has important significance.
