With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in China,the business scope of urban and rural planning departments has been continuously expanding,and the degree of refinement of urban planning information data has become more and more sophisticated.Planners need to master a great deal of urban land planning information and control data,and the planning process is quite similar.Heavy.The town planning information management system combines geographic information technology with the urban planning industry.Using GIS technology to assist urban planning management provides a convenient and effective tool for urban planning work.It can continuously improve the efficiency and management level of urban planning management.This paper takes the GIS-based urban planning management information system as the research target,based on the urban planning project of Xiangcheng County,through the analysis of the current situation of Xiangcheng County and the field investigation,the software engineering method is used to structure the management information system.The system design adopts ArcEngine and ArcSDE spatial database and Oracle database technology to realize the integrated town and town planning information management system.The main research work is as follows:(1)Demand analysis of town planning information management system in Xiangcheng County.Based on geographic information system(GIS)and geographic information technology related specifications,combined with domestic and foreign research results on the implementation of urban planning information systems,the characteristics of urban planning information management in Xiangcheng County were comprehensively analyzed and adopted through on-site investigation and research.The method of system engineering and software engineering selected the urban planning information geographic information data of Xiangcheng County to determine the basic requirements of the system,which are cross-professional,technical and practical.(2)Urban planning information management system to achieve technical solutions.For urban planning information management system to achieve the required related technologies,carried out an analysis of the impact of system technology applications to determine the system uses plug-based GIS ArcGIS Engine technology,combined with ArcSDE spatial database and Oracle database technology to achieve system development.System development has the advantages of simplicity,efficiency,ease of development,and ease of implementation.(3)System structure design and module division based on software engineering method.For the scheme of system structural design,the system modules are divided and detailed design of each module project.With the goal of low coupling,high cohesion,ease of maintenance,and high reliability,the system is divided into eight modules: map operations,layer editing,information query and statistics,spatial analysis,assistance,and system management.According to the overall requirement of the system,the function of each module,the interface between the modules and the implementation method are designed in detail.(4)The realization and application of urban planning information management system.Based on the previous module division and detailed design of each module,the system database was designed using the spatial database Geodatabase data model method,and based on the VS2010 platform,the secondary development of plug-in GIS technology,using C# programming language to achieve the system's each item function.Based on the developed system,the spatial pattern of urban and rural development in Xiangcheng County was analyzed comprehensively,and the key development path of Xiangcheng City was proposed.The feasibility and practicability of the established management information system in urban and rural planning management were examined.
